The body of a young man was found in the Lam River.
(Baonghean.vn) - The victim has been identified as Hoang Quoc Ngai (born in 1999), residing in Tan Hoa block, Vinh Tan ward, Vinh city.
At approximately 10:32 AM on November 27th, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Nghe An province received a report from residents about a male body floating in the Lam River, bordering Ben Thuy ward, Vinh city and Xuan An town, Nghi Xuan district, Ha Tinh province.

When the Fire and Rescue Team of the Fire and Rescue Police Department arrived at the scene, the young man's body had drifted away and was no longer at the location where the report was received. The rescue team quickly deployed rubber boats and support equipment, coordinating with the Ben Thuy Ward Police, Nghi Xuan District Police, and local residents to search. At approximately 11:30 AM, the young man's body was found in the alluvial area of Xuan Giang commune, Nghi Xuan district.
The body has been handed over to the authorities, and the cause of death is under investigation.
