Body of woman swept away by flood found in Anh Son
Authorities of Hoa Son commune, Anh Son district said that authorities found the body of Ms. PTT who was swept away by floodwaters on the afternoon of September 20, about 250 meters downstream from where she was swept away.
Previously, at 3:15 p.m. on September 20, in Hoa Son commune, Anh Son district, Ms. PTT (born in 1986) carried her two children, NPMH (5th grade student) and NPDM (4th grade student), Hoa Son Primary School. When they reached Ong Han bridge in hamlet 4, Hoa Son commune, due to high and strong water flow, the mother and her three children were swept away.
As soon as the incident was discovered, people immediately shouted and jumped into the water to save the two children, but Ms. T and her electric motorbike were swept away by the water.

Faced with that situation, the Party Committee of the commune, hamlet 4 and the people deployed search plans; at the same time, reported to the leaders of the district People's Committee. After receiving the news, the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, Search and Rescue of Anh Son district went directly to direct the local authorities and mobilized search forces.
At 7:30 p.m. the same day, Ms. T's body was found, about 250 meters downstream from the drowning site.
The authorities have now handed over Ms. T's body to her family and completed the burial procedures. The Party Committee, the government, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Son commune coordinated with the government of Tuong Son commune to promptly visit and encourage the family to overcome the pain.
It is known that Ms. T got married in Thanh Chuong district and had 3 children. During this time, Ms. T brought her children back to her hometown to take care of her father who had lung cancer, and Ms. T's mother had just passed away not long ago. The family's situation is very difficult. Currently, benefactors are also calling for support for the family to overcome this painful loss.
