TYPHOON WARNING FOR THE SOUTH CHINA SEA (Typhoon No. 14)
At 7:00 AM on November 10th, the typhoon's center was located at approximately 17.4 degrees North latitude and 119.2 degrees East longitude, in the eastern part of the North East Sea. The strongest winds near the center of the typhoon reached level 13 (134-149 km/h), with gusts up to level 16. It was moving in a west-northwest direction at a speed of approximately 15 km/h.

- 07:00 on November 11th: 19.3N-117.7E over the eastern part of the North East Sea; Level 13, gusts up to level 16. Moving northwest at approximately 10-15km.
- 07:00 on November 12th: 21.8N-118.7E over the northeastern sea area of the North East Sea; Level 13, gusts up to level 16. Moving North-Northeast at approximately 10-15km.
- 07:00 on November 13th: 24.6N-122.2E over the northeastern coastal area of Taiwan (China); Level 8, gusts up to level 10. Moving northeast at approximately 15-20km.
Warning:
Over the next 72 to 96 hours, the storm will move in an east-northeast direction at a speed of 20-25 km per hour, and its intensity will continue to weaken.

At sea:In the eastern part of the North East Sea, winds are strong, reaching levels 8-10; near the center of the storm, winds are strong, reaching levels 11-13, with gusts up to level 16. Sea waves are 5.0-8.0m high, and 8.0-10.0m near the storm's center. The sea is extremely rough.

All boats operating in the aforementioned hazardous areas are susceptible to the effects of thunderstorms, tornadoes, strong winds, and large waves.
