Hometown: Nghi Hai Commune, Nghi Loc District, Nghe An Province, now Nghi Hai Ward, Cua Lo Town, Nghe An Province.
55-year Party membership badge, 3rd-class Medal of Resistance War against America for National Salvation, former Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cua Lo town, terms I and II.
Due to serious illness, despite the best treatment by professors, doctors at central hospitals and Nghe An province and his family, he did not survive.
He breathed his last at 3:25 p.m. on November 27, 2023, the 15th day of the 10th lunar month of the year of the Cat. He was 79 years old.
