USD exchange rate on the afternoon of September 10th: The US dollar reversed its trend and began to depreciate.
On September 10th, the State Bank of Vietnam announced the central exchange rate at 25,236 VND/USD, unchanged from the morning session of September 8th.
This morning, September 10th, the State Bank of Vietnam announced the central exchange rate at 25,221 VND/USD, a decrease of 15 dong compared to September 9th.
With a trading range of ±5%, today's ceiling exchange rate is set at 26,482 VND/USD, while the floor exchange rate is 23,960 VND/USD. At the State Bank of Vietnam's Exchange Transaction Department, the reference exchange rate listed is 24,025 - 26,447 VND/USD for buying and selling respectively.
At 3:30 PM this afternoon, many commercial banks continued to adjust the USD exchange rate downwards. Vietcombank listed the rate at 26,192 - 26,482 VND/USD (buy - sell), a decrease of 25 dong in the buying rate and 15 dong in the selling rate compared to the morning of September 9th.
At BIDV, the USD buying price decreased by 38 dong and the selling price decreased by 15 dong, bringing the exchange rate to the same level as Vietcombank, at 26,192 - 26,482 VND/USD.

Today's pepper prices in key growing regions remained largely unchanged compared to yesterday. As a result, the average domestic pepper price is between 150,000 VND/kg and 153,000 VND/kg.
In the Central Highlands region, today's pepper price in Dak Lak remains unchanged compared to yesterday, currently at 153,000 VND/kg.

Additionally, today's pepper price in Dong Nai (formerly Binh Phuoc) decreased slightly by 1000 VND/kg compared to yesterday, currently standing at 150,000 VND/kg.
On the world market, based on quotations from exporting companies and export prices in various countries, the International Pepper Association (IPC) has updated the prices of various types of pepper traded on the international market on September 10th (local time) as follows:
Indonesian Lampung black pepper prices remained unchanged from yesterday at US$7,087/ton. Additionally, Muntok white pepper prices also remained unchanged from yesterday at US$10,042/ton.
Brazilian ASTA black pepper prices remained unchanged from yesterday at $6,600 per ton.
Malaysian ASTA black pepper prices remained unchanged from yesterday at US$9,700/tonne. Similarly, ASTA white pepper prices also remained unchanged from yesterday at US$12,900/tonne.
Prices for all types of Vietnamese pepper remained unchanged compared to yesterday. Specifically, the price of Vietnamese black pepper (500 gr/l) reached US$6,240/ton; and the price of black pepper (550 gr/l) reached US$6,370/ton.
In addition, the price of Vietnamese white pepper remained unchanged from yesterday at $9,150 per ton.
Coffee prices today, September 10, 2025: Sharp declines across the board both domestically and internationally.
Domestic coffee prices in the Central Highlands region today, September 10, 2025, have fallen sharply compared to yesterday, fluctuating between 113,500 and 114,600 VND/kg.
Accordingly, traders in the former Dak Nong region are buying coffee at a maximum price of 114,600 VND/kg, a sharp decrease of 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.
Similarly, the price of coffee in Dak Lak province is 114,500 VND/kg, a decrease of 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.
Coffee prices in Gia Lai province decreased by 1000 VND/kg compared to yesterday and are trading at 114,300 VND/kg.
In Lam Dong province, the price of coffee decreased by 1000 VND/kg compared to yesterday, reaching 113,500 VND/kg.
On the London exchange, the online price of robusta coffee futures for September 2025 delivery reached $4,587 per ton, down 1.27% ($59 per ton) from yesterday. The November 2025 futures contract increased 0.73% ($32 per ton), to $4,403 per ton.
On the New York Stock Exchange, the price of Arabica coffee for September 2025 delivery fell 1.21% (4.8 US cents/pound) compared to yesterday, to 393 US cents/pound. The December 2025 contract increased 0.46% (1.75 US cents/pound), reaching 383.55 US cents/pound.
On the Brazilian exchange, the price of Arabica coffee for September 2025 delivery fell 1.28% (6.35 US cents/pound) compared to yesterday, to 488.35 US cents/pound. The December 2025 contract fell 1.29% (6.05 US cents/pound), reaching 463 US cents/pound.
