Based on today's USD/VND exchange rate at Vietcombank (26,476 VND/USD), today's world gold price is equivalent to 116.2 million VND/tael. Currently, the domestic gold price is about 14.9 million VND/tael higher than the world gold price.

USD exchange rate on the afternoon of September 13: Central rate remains unchanged
In the international market, the USD continued to be under pressure as the US Federal Reserve maintained its loose monetary policy, while recent economic data was not positive. The DXY index ended the trading week at 97.62 points, reflecting the weakness of the greenback against a basket of major currencies.
As of 3:30 p.m. on September 13, the State Bank announced the central exchange rate at 25,216 VND/USD.
The reference exchange rate at the State Bank's Transaction Office was adjusted down, recorded at 24,006 VND/USD (buy) - 26,426 VND/USD (sell).
USD prices at major commercial banks mostly remained stable around 26,476 VND/USD.
Vietcombank kept the listed rate at 26,166 - 26,476 VND/USD.
BIDV decreased 7 VND in buying price, to 26,208 - 26,476 VND/USD.
Techcombank also reduced the buying price by 10 VND, down to 26,120 - 26,476 VND/USD.
Eximbank maintains the rate at 24,681 - 26,476 VND/USD.
ACB slightly reduced the buying price to 26,160 VND/USD, but the selling price remained at 26,476 VND/USD.
Outside the banking system, in the free market, the USD continues to be traded around 26,850 - 26,950 VND/USD, with no new fluctuations compared to the last update.
Pepper price today September 13, 2025: Keep price unchanged
Pepper prices in key growing areas today remain unchanged compared to yesterday. Accordingly, the domestic pepper price level is from 148,000 VND/kg to 151,000 VND/kg.
In the Central Highlands region, pepper price today in Dak Lak remained unchanged compared to yesterday, currently at 151,000 VND/kg.
Pepper price today in Gia Lai is unchanged compared to yesterday, currently at 148,000 VND/kg.
Pepper price today in Lam Dong (old Dak Nong) is unchanged compared to yesterday, currently at 151,000 VND/kg.
In the Southeast region, pepper price today in Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Ba Ria - Vung Tau) is currently at 150,000 VND/kg, unchanged from yesterday. Dong Nai is unchanged from yesterday at 150,000 VND/kg.
In addition, today's pepper price in Dong Nai (formerly Binh Phuoc) remained unchanged compared to yesterday, currently at 148,000 VND/kg.
In the world market, based on quotes from export enterprises and export prices in various countries, the International Pepper Association (IPC) updated the prices of all types of pepper traded in the international market on September 13 (local time) as follows:
Indonesia’s Lampung black pepper prices remained unchanged from yesterday at $7,074 per tonne. Meanwhile, Muntok white pepper prices remained unchanged from yesterday at $10,024 per tonne.
Brazilian ASTA black pepper prices remained unchanged from yesterday at $6,500/mt.
Malaysia’s ASTA black pepper price remained unchanged from yesterday at $9,700/ton. Meanwhile, the country’s ASTA white pepper price also remained unchanged from yesterday at $12,900/ton.
Prices of all types of Vietnamese pepper remained unchanged compared to yesterday. Of which, the price of Vietnamese black pepper 500 gr/l reached 6,600 USD/ton; 550 gr/l reached 6,800 USD/ton.
In addition, Vietnam's white pepper price remained unchanged from yesterday at 9,250 USD/ton.
Coffee price today September 13, 2025: Continuously increasing strongly
Domestic coffee prices today, September 13, 2025, in the Central Highlands region continuously increased sharply compared to yesterday, fluctuating between 119,800 - 120,500 VND/kg.
Accordingly, traders in the old Dak Nong region are purchasing coffee at the highest price of 120,500 VND/kg, a sharp increase of 2,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.
Similarly, coffee price in Dak Lak province is 120,200 VND/kg, an increase of 2,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.
Coffee prices in Gia Lai province increased by VND2,200/kg compared to yesterday and were traded at VND120,200/kg.
In Lam Dong province, coffee prices increased by VND2,000/kg compared to yesterday and are at VND119,800/kg.
On the London Stock Exchange, the online price of Robusta coffee futures for September 2025 delivery reached $4,817 per ton, up 2.64% ($124 per ton) from yesterday. The November 2025 futures contract increased 1.77% ($80 per ton) to $4,601 per ton.
On the New York Stock Exchange, the price of Arabica coffee for delivery in September 2025 increased by 2.41% (9.65 US cents/pound) compared to yesterday, to 410.65 US cents/pound. The contract for delivery in December 2025 increased by 2.78% (10.75 US cents/pound), to 396.85 US cents/pound.
On the Brazilian exchange, the price of Arabica coffee for delivery in September 2025 increased by 2.81% (14 US cents/pound) compared to yesterday, to 511.7 US cents/pound. The contract for delivery in December 2025 decreased by 0.14% (0.75 US cents/pound) to 484 US cents/pound.
