The price of SJC gold bars, as listed by DOJI Group, is 133.1 - 135.1 million VND/ounce (buying price - selling price). At the same time, the price of gold bars listed by Saigon Jewelry Company Limited (SJC) and PNJ is also 133.1 - 135.1 million VND/ounce (buying price - selling price).
Meanwhile, at Mi Hong Gold and Gemstone Company, the price of SJC gold at the time of the survey was listed at 134.1 - 135.1 million VND/ounce for buying and selling. At Bao Tin Minh Chau Company Limited, the price of gold bars was traded at 133.1 - 135.1 million VND/ounce (buying - selling).

USD exchange rate today, September 25th: Slightly decreased.
As of 5:00 AM on September 25th, the USD exchange rate showed a slight downward trend. The State Bank of Vietnam announced the central exchange rate at 25,186 VND/USD, 3 dong lower than yesterday.
With a trading range of ±5%, today's ceiling exchange rate is 26,445 VND/USD, while the floor exchange rate is 23,927 VND/USD.
At the State Bank of Vietnam's Exchange, the reference exchange rate remained unchanged at 23,980 VND/USD for buying and 26,398 VND/USD for selling.
In the commercial banking system, the USD exchange rate has been adjusted differently. At Vietcombank, the exchange rate decreased by 3 dong in both directions, listed at 26,225 - 26,445 VND/USD.
BIDV increased its buying price by 7 dong but decreased its selling price by 3 dong, maintaining it at 26,235 - 26,445 VND/USD.
Several other banks, such as VietinBank, Techcombank, Eximbank, and Sacombank, also recorded slight but not significant fluctuations.

In the free market, the USD exchange rate remained stable compared to yesterday, trading around 26,484 VND/USD for buying and 26,584 VND/USD for selling.
Globally, the DXY index – a measure of the US dollar's strength against major currencies – fell 0.13% to 97.22 points. The main reason for this decline stems from expectations that the US Federal Reserve (FED) may continue to lower interest rates in October. This factor has caused the US dollar to weaken slightly against other currencies.
Pepper prices today, September 25, 2025: Scattered increases
Today's pepper prices in key growing regions saw scattered increases compared to yesterday. As a result, the average domestic pepper price is between 148,000 VND/kg and 150,000 VND/kg.
In the Central Highlands region, today's pepper price in Dak Lak remains unchanged compared to yesterday, currently at 150,000 VND/kg.
Today's pepper price in Gia Lai increased by 1000 VND/kg compared to yesterday, currently standing at 148,000 VND/kg.
Today's pepper price in Lam Dong (formerly Dak Nong) remains unchanged compared to yesterday, currently at 149,000 VND/kg.
In the Southeast region, today's pepper price in Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Ba Ria - Vung Tau) is 150,000 VND/kg, unchanged from yesterday. Dong Nai also remains unchanged from yesterday at 150,000 VND/kg.
Additionally, the price of pepper in Binh Phuoc province increased by 1000 VND/kg compared to yesterday, currently standing at 148,000 VND/kg.

On the world market, based on quotations from exporting companies and export prices in various countries, the International Pepper Association (IPC) has updated the prices of various types of pepper traded on the international market on September 25th (local time) as follows:
Indonesian Lampung black pepper prices remained unchanged from yesterday at US$7,027/tonne. Additionally, Muntok white pepper prices also remained unchanged from yesterday at US$9,957/tonne.
Brazilian ASTA black pepper prices fell slightly compared to yesterday, standing at $6,500 per ton (down 1.54%).
Malaysian ASTA black pepper prices remained unchanged from yesterday at US$9,700/tonne. Similarly, ASTA white pepper prices also remained unchanged from yesterday at US$12,900/tonne.
Prices for all types of Vietnamese pepper remain unchanged compared to yesterday. Specifically, the price of Vietnamese black pepper (500 gr/l) is 6,600 USD/ton; and the price of 550 gr/l is 6,800 USD/ton.
In addition, the price of Vietnamese white pepper remained unchanged from yesterday at $9,250 per ton.
Coffee prices today, September 25, 2025: A sharp drop.
Domestic coffee prices in the Central Highlands region today, September 25, 2025, have dropped sharply compared to yesterday, fluctuating between 110,500 and 111,500 VND/kg.
Accordingly, traders in the former Dak Nong region are buying coffee at a maximum of 111,500 VND/kg, a sharp decrease of 3,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.
Similarly, the price of coffee in Dak Lak province is 111,500 VND/kg, a decrease of 3,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.
Coffee prices in Gia Lai province decreased by 2800 VND/kg compared to yesterday and are trading at 111,200 VND/kg.
In Lam Dong province, the price of coffee decreased by 3000 VND/kg compared to yesterday, reaching 110,500 VND/kg.

On the London exchange, online robusta coffee futures contracts for November 2025 delivery reached $4211/tonne, up 2.26% ($93/tonne) from yesterday. The January 2026 contract rose 2.33% ($95/tonne) to $4174/tonne.

On the New York Stock Exchange, the price of Arabica coffee for December 2025 delivery rose 4.48% (15.7 US cents/pound) compared to yesterday, reaching 365.85 US cents/pound. The March 2026 contract increased 3.61% (12.1 US cents/pound), reaching 347.15 US cents/pound.

On the Brazilian exchange, the price of Arabica coffee for December 2025 delivery rose 3.57% (15.15 US cents/pound) compared to yesterday, reaching 439 US cents/pound. The December 2025 contract increased 3.36% (14.15 US cents/pound), reaching 435 US cents/pound.

Oil prices today, September 25, 2025: Rising again.
Oil prices surged more than 1% due to a decline in US inventories, while supply from Russia, Venezuela, and Kurdistan faced difficulties.
A report from the American Petroleum Institute (API) showed that US crude oil inventories decreased last week. This information immediately pushed oil prices up sharply, reinforcing the belief that supply is tightening. Brent crude rose 97 cents (1.4%) to $68.60 per barrel, while WTI crude rose 99 cents (1.6%) to $64.40 per barrel.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade has announced new retail fuel prices effective from 3 PM on September 18th. Specifically, they are as follows:
- The price of E5 RON92 gasoline increased by 230 VND, reaching a maximum of 19,986 VND/liter.
- The price of RON95 gasoline increased by 208 dong, reaching 20,608 dong/liter.
- The price of E10 RON 95-III gasoline increased sharply by 560 VND, reaching 20,600 VND/liter.
- Diesel fuel prices increased by 62 dong to 18,705 dong/liter.
- The price of kerosene increased by 176 dong to 18,544 dong/liter.
- The price of fuel oil increased by 40 dong, to 15,130 dong/kg.
During this period, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance did not allocate or utilize funds from the Price Stabilization Fund.
Rubber prices today, September 25, 2025: Mixed increases and decreases.
In Singapore, the price of rubber futures for October 2025 rose 1.11% (US$1.9/tonne) compared to yesterday, reaching US$173.4/tonne. The November 2025 contract fell 1.08% (US$1.9/tonne), reaching US$172.4/tonne.

At the opening of trading on September 25th in China, the price of October 2025 rubber futures on the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) rose 0.24% (35 yuan) to 14,780 yuan/tonne. The price of November 2025 rubber futures increased 0.14% (20 yuan) to 14,695 yuan/tonne.

At the time of this survey, RSS3 prices on the TOCOM Commodity Exchange (Tokyo) for November 2025 delivery were down 2.35% (7.5 Yen/kg) from yesterday, to 310 Yen/kg. The December 2025 contract was down 2.29% (7.3 Yen/kg), reaching 310 Yen/kg.

Cocoa prices today, September 25, 2025: Sharp decline across the board.
As of 5:00 AM on September 25, 2025, cocoa prices traded on the New York exchange for December 2025 delivery fell 5.12% (US$381/ton) compared to yesterday, to US$7050/ton. The March 2026 contract decreased 3.35% (US$246/ton), reaching US$7076/ton.

At the time of this survey, London cocoa prices for December 2025 delivery were down 0.01% (1 GBP/tonne) compared to yesterday, at 4883 GBP/tonne. The March 2026 contract was down 0.19% (10 GBP/tonne), reaching 4907 GBP/tonne.
