As of 7:00 AM today, September 30, 2025, the price of domestic gold bars has increased by 1.5 million VND/ounce compared to yesterday. Specifically:

The price of SJC gold bars listed by DOJI Group is 134.5 - 136.5 million VND/ounce (buying price - selling price). At the same time, the price of gold bars listed by Saigon Jewelry Company Limited (SJC) and PNJ is also 134.5 - 136.5 million VND/ounce (buying price - selling price).

Meanwhile, at Mi Hong Gold and Gemstone Company, the price of SJC gold at the time of the survey was listed at 135.5 - 136.5 million VND/ounce for buying and selling. At Bao Tin Minh Chau Company Limited, the price of gold bars was traded at 134.5 - 136.5 million VND/ounce (buying - selling).

USD exchange rate today, September 30, 2025

As of 7:00 AM on September 30th, the State Bank of Vietnam announced the central exchange rate at 25,192 VND/USD, a decrease of 2 dong compared to the previous session.

Within a fluctuation range of ±5%, commercial banks are permitted to trade at rates between VND 23,932/USD and VND 26,452/USD.

The State Bank of Vietnam listed the reference exchange rate at 23,985 - 26,403 VND/USD, remaining unchanged for both buying and selling rates.

Vietcombank listed the USD at 26,211 - 26,451 VND/USD, a decrease of 2 dong for both buying and selling rates compared to yesterday.

BIDV listed the USD at 26,230 - 26,451 VND/USD (buy - sell), with a decrease of 2 dong in the selling rate and an increase of 15 dong in the buying rate.

Agribank maintained its exchange rate at 26,280 - 26,451 VND/USD, a decrease of 2 dong in the selling rate compared to yesterday.

VietinBank's rates remained unchanged in both directions, staying at 25,115 - 25,425 VND/USD (buy - sell).

Techcombank announced the exchange rate at 26,223 - 26,451 VND/USD, an increase of 13 dong in the selling rate and a decrease of 2 dong in the buying rate.

ACB is quoting at 26,210 - 26,451 VND/USD, up 10 dong on the selling side and down 2 dong on the buying side.

In the free market, the USD is trading at 26,490 VND/USD (buying rate) and 26,590 VND/USD (selling rate), a decrease of 81 dong in the buying rate and 71 dong in the selling rate compared to yesterday.

On the international market, the USD Index, a measure of the strength of the US dollar against other major currencies in the international currency basket, rose to 98.06 points (as of 7:00 AM Vietnam time).

Pepper prices today, September 30, 2025: Remaining stable.

Today's pepper prices in key growing regions remain unchanged compared to yesterday. Therefore, the average domestic pepper price is between 148,000 VND/kg and 150,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, in Gia Lai and Dong Nai, the price of pepper today is 148,000 VND/kg, unchanged from yesterday.

Pepper prices in Ho Chi Minh City remained unchanged compared to yesterday, with traders buying pepper at 150,000 VND/kg.

Meanwhile, in Lam Dong, the price of pepper on the market, purchased by traders, remained unchanged at 149,000 VND/kg compared to the previous day.

Pepper prices in Dak Lak also remained unchanged, recorded at 150,000 VND/kg.

On the world market, based on quotations from exporting companies and export prices in various countries, the International Pepper Association (IPC) has updated the prices of various types of pepper traded on the international market on September 30th (local time) as follows:

Specifically, the price of Indonesian Lampung black pepper remained unchanged from yesterday at $6945/ton. Additionally, the price of Muntok white pepper also remained unchanged from yesterday at $9841/ton.

The price of Brazilian ASTA black pepper remained unchanged from yesterday at $6,500 per ton.

Malaysian ASTA black pepper prices remained unchanged from yesterday at US$9,600/ton. Similarly, ASTA white pepper prices also remained unchanged from yesterday at US$13,000/ton.

Prices for all types of Vietnamese pepper remain unchanged compared to yesterday. Specifically, the price of Vietnamese black pepper (500 gr/l) is 6600 USD/ton; and (550 gr/l) is 6800 USD/ton.

In addition, the price of Vietnamese white pepper remained unchanged from yesterday at 9250 USD/ton.

Coffee prices today, September 30, 2025: Slightly increased.

Domestic coffee prices in the Central Highlands region today, September 30, 2025, increased slightly compared to yesterday, fluctuating between 115,300 and 116,700 VND/kg.

Accordingly, traders in the former Dak Nong region are buying coffee at the highest price of 116,700 VND/kg, a slight increase of 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.

Similarly, the price of coffee in Dak Lak province is 116,500 VND/kg, an increase of 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.

Coffee prices in Gia Lai province increased by 1000 VND/kg compared to yesterday and are trading at 116,300 VND/kg.

In Lam Dong province, the price of coffee increased by 1000 VND/kg compared to yesterday, reaching 115,300 VND/kg.

On the London exchange, online robusta coffee futures contracts for November 2025 delivery reached $4222 per ton, up 0.5% ($21 per ton) from yesterday. The January 2026 contract rose 0.48% ($20 per ton), to $4202 per ton.

On the New York Stock Exchange, the price of Arabica coffee for December 2025 delivery fell 0.45% (1.75 US cents/lb) compared to yesterday, to 376.3 US cents/lb. The March 2026 contract decreased 0.02% (0.1 US cents/lb), reaching 358.8 US cents/lb.

On the Brazilian exchange, the price of Arabica coffee for December 2025 delivery rose 0.83% (3.75 US cents/lb) compared to yesterday, reaching 454.7 US cents/lb. The March 2026 contract increased 0.63% (2.8 US cents/lb), reaching 449.2 US cents/lb.

Gasoline and diesel prices today, September 30, 2025: Slightly decreased due to increased supply.

On September 30, Brent crude oil prices fell by $1.26 to $68.87 per barrel, a decrease of 1.8%. US WTI crude oil also lost $1.36, or 2%, to $64.36 per barrel. Prior to that, both types of oil had closed the week with gains of over 4%, their highest since the end of July.

World oil prices fell nearly 2% as OPEC+ prepared to increase production and Iraq and Kurdistan resumed exports to Türkiye.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade has announced new retail fuel prices effective from 3 PM on September 25th. Specifically, they are as follows:

- The price of E5 RON92 gasoline decreased by 370 VND/liter to 19,610 VND/liter.

- The price of RON 95-III gasoline decreased by 440 VND/liter, to 20,160 VND/liter.

- Diesel fuel prices decreased slightly by 50 VND/liter, to 18,650 VND/liter.

- The price of kerosene increased by 80 VND/liter to 18,620 VND/liter.

- The price of fuel oil increased by 70 VND/kg, to 15,200 VND/kg.

During this period, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance did not allocate or utilize funds from the Price Stabilization Fund.

Rubber prices today, September 30, 2025

In Singapore, October 2025 rubber futures prices fell 0.45% ($0.8/tonne) compared to yesterday, to $172.9/tonne. November 2025 futures contracts fell 1.25% ($2.2/tonne), reaching $172.1/tonne.

At the opening of trading on September 30th in China, the price of October 2025 rubber futures on the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) fell 1.01% (150 yuan) to 14,530 yuan/tonne. The price of November 2025 rubber futures also fell 1.01% (150 yuan) to 14,555 yuan/tonne.

At the time of this survey, RSS3 prices on the TOCOM Commodity Exchange (Tokyo) for November 2025 delivery were down 3.01% (9.6 Yen/kg) from yesterday, at 307.9 Yen/kg. The December 2025 contract was down 3.87% (12.3 Yen/kg), at 305 Yen/kg.

As of 7:00 AM on September 30, 2025, cocoa prices traded on the New York exchange for December 2025 delivery fell 5.43% (US$404/ton) compared to yesterday, to US$7027/ton. The March 2026 contract decreased 3.69% (US$271/ton), reaching US$7051/ton.

At the time of this survey, London cocoa prices for December 2025 delivery rose 0.73% (35 GBP/tonne) compared to yesterday, reaching 4854 GBP/tonne. The March 2026 contract increased 0.58% (28 GBP/tonne), reaching 4873 GBP/tonne.
