From now until the end of October 2025, students taking exams and enrolling in schools at all levels will enjoy special preferential policies.

Railway Transport Joint Stock Company has launched a program to reduce train ticket prices by 10% for students using passenger train services to participate in high school graduation exams as well as entrance exams to universities, academies, colleges, vocational high schools and vocational training facilities.

This offer is not only applicable to direct candidates but also to students with valid admission notices for 2025. Each student can buy a maximum of one round-trip ticket and one return ticket with a 10% discount. In particular, accompanying relatives can also enjoy the same offer on the same journey.

Mr. Dao Anh Tuan, General Director of the Railway Transport Joint Stock Company, said that the ticket discount program is the sentiment and sharing of the railway industry. The purpose is to add motivation and reduce the financial burden for children and their families on the journey to conquer knowledge.

Mr. Tuan is committed to providing a safe and convenient trip and hopes that this small support will help the children feel more confident, achieve good results in exams and start a new exciting learning journey.

The program will run from May 28 to October 31, 2025. To enjoy the discount, passengers need to present relevant documents such as exam notices, exam cards, admission notices and valid identification documents. If using the VNEID identification application, it is necessary to ensure that students' personal information is fully updated. Note that the program only applies when buying tickets directly at the stations, and does not support online ticket sales. This policy is expected to provide financial support for students and their families and encourage the safe and convenient use of public transport.
