Nghe An province launches campaign to participate in the 5th Political Essay Contest on Defending the Foundation, 2025.

The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee requests that all localities and units throughout the province base their implementation on the plan and regulations of the competition to organize and implement it extensively, substantively, creatively, effectively, and with high quality, in accordance with the characteristics of each locality and unit.

Regularly publicize and encourage the implementation of the competition through mass media and social media groups so that a large number of cadres, Party members, and the people, especially the armed forces, teachers, artists, intellectuals, veterans, journalists, union members, youth, students, and pupils, will respond and participate actively.

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department requests that each locality and unit select at least 15 high-quality works to submit to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department for preliminary judging. For the following units: the Provincial Police Department, the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Youth Union, the Department of Education and Training, Vinh University, the Provincial Political School, Nghe An Newspaper, Nghe An Radio and Television Station, the Provincial Union of Literature and Arts Associations, and the Provincial Journalists Association, they are directed to encourage cadres, soldiers, union members, association members, teachers, and reporters to invest in creating in-depth, high-quality works to participate in the competition.

Entries must be submitted to the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee before June 20, 2025. The Judging Panel of the Nghe An Provincial Golden Hammer and Sickle Award will evaluate and select 80 outstanding works to be submitted to the national level competition, and will also award provincial-level prizes in conjunction with the 2025 Nghe An Golden Hammer and Sickle Award.
