The Nghe An Provincial Party Committee announces decisions on personnel matters.
On the afternoon of October 14th, in Vinh City, the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held a ceremony to announce decisions regarding personnel appointments.
Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - presided over the meeting. Attendees included members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Ngoc Kim Nam - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province. Also present were Comrade Bui Thanh Bao - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council of Tan Ky district, and representatives from relevant agencies and localities.
In Decision No. 2791/QD-MTTW-BTT dated October 10, 2024, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front recognized Comrade Phan Sy Cuong - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Tan Ky District Party Committee - as a member of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, holding the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, 15th term, 2024-2029, effective from October 8, 2024.
Previously, at the 3rd Conference held on October 8, 2024, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province nominated Comrade Phan Sy Cuong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Tan Ky District Party Committee - to the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, 15th term, 2024-2029.
In Decision No. 2931-QD/TU dated October 14, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer and appoint Comrade Le Van Ngoc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Group, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province - to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Tan Ky District Party Committee and hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Tan Ky District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. Comrade Le Van Ngoc will hand over his duties and assume his new position from October 15, 2024.
Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - presented the decisions and flowers to congratulate comrades Phan Sy Cuong and Le Van Ngoc, and assigned tasks to each comrade.
Regarding Comrade Phan Sy Cuong, the newly appointed Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu assessed him as a well-trained cadre with strong political acumen, good moral character, and a history of continuous striving. Having held various positions, he has always strived to improve himself and successfully complete assigned tasks.
In his new position, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu requested that Comrade Phan Sy Cuong continue to cultivate revolutionary ethics; uphold a high sense of responsibility and exemplary conduct; strictly adhere to the principle of democratic centralism; and thoroughly understand the operating principles of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the province.
At the same time, we will immediately get to work, together with the Standing Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, to preserve and promote the spirit of solidarity; closely follow and successfully implement the Resolution of the 15th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Nghe An province, term 2024-2029.
Comrade Phan Sy Cuong also needs to strengthen his close contact with the grassroots to promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of the people; constantly innovate the content and methods of operation of the Front system so that the quality and effectiveness of the Front's activities at all levels are increasingly improved.
Gathering and promoting the strength of national unity, implementing democracy, strengthening social consensus; strengthening social supervision and criticism, participating in Party building and government building; dialogue between the people and the heads of Party committees and local governments; people's diplomacy work of the Fatherland Front and its member organizations.
Regarding Comrade Le Van Ngoc - the newly appointed Standing Deputy Secretary of the Tan Ky District Party Committee, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu assessed him as a well-trained cadre with strong political acumen, good moral character, a continuous striving process, and many outstanding achievements and results in his work, which have been recognized by the organization.
In his new position, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu requested Comrade Le Van Ngoc to continue cultivating revolutionary ethics; uphold a high sense of responsibility and exemplary conduct; strictly adhere to the principle of democratic centralism; and thoroughly understand the principles and regulations of the Party.
Comrade, you need to get straight to work, quickly grasp the situation, be deeply involved at the grassroots level; be dedicated, diligent, creative, and excellently complete the assigned tasks; together with the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and the Standing Board of the Tan Ky District Party Committee, preserve and promote the spirit of unity within the Party, specifically unity within the Standing Board, Executive Committee, and the political system.
With dedication, effort, creativity, and collaboration with the Standing Committee and Executive Committee of the District Party Committee, we will lead the district to achieve the highest possible results in fulfilling the socio-economic development goals and targets set forth; and focus intensely on directing and implementing Directive No. 35 of the Politburo on party congresses at all levels leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party.
Hoang Nghia Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, requested the Provincial and Tan Ky District Fatherland Front Committees to assign tasks and areas of responsibility, and create all favorable conditions for comrades Phan Sy Cuong and Le Van Ngoc to successfully complete their assigned duties.
Representing the two comrades who have taken on new assignments, Comrade Le Van Ngoc - the newly appointed Standing Deputy Secretary of the Tan Ky District Party Committee - delivered a speech accepting the assignment, acknowledging the remarks from the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; and affirming his utmost efforts to fulfill the responsibilities entrusted to him.
