The Nghe An Provincial Party Committee announces decisions on personnel matters.
On the morning of March 3rd, the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held a ceremony to announce decisions regarding personnel appointments.
Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - attended the ceremony.
Also attending were comrades: Le Duc Cuong - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department; Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office; Dang Thanh Tung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office, along with leaders of several departments and agencies.

In Decision No. 3199-QD/TU, dated January 16, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee transferred and appointed Comrade Tran Dinh Dung, Deputy Head of the General Affairs Department of the Provincial People's Committee Office, to the position of Secretary to the Provincial Party Secretary for a term of 5 years.
According to Decision No. 3265-QD/TU, dated February 18, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee transferred and appointed Comrade Ho Sy Nguyet, Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Affairs, to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department for a term of 5 years. The decision is effective from the date of signing. Comrade Ho Sy Nguyet handed over his previous duties and assumed his new position from February 26, 2025.
According to Decision No. 3266-QD/TU, dated February 18, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee transferred and appointed Mr. Nguyen Van Truong, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, to the position of Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office for a term of 5 years. The decision is effective from the date of signing. Mr. Nguyen Van Truong handed over his previous duties and assumed his new position from February 19, 2025.
Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - presented the decisions, offered congratulatory flowers, and delivered a speech assigning tasks to the three comrades.
Emphasizing that taking on the new assignment is both an honor and a greater responsibility, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Hoang Nghia Hieu, urged the three comrades to immediately begin their work, quickly grasp new concepts, and continuously improve their skills and professional expertise.
All three comrades need to leverage their strengths, experience, and expertise in their work to apply to their new positions; as well as build upon the achievements of previous generations; be dedicated, diligent, creative, decisive, and flexible in leadership and guidance; and excellently fulfill all assigned tasks.
At the same time, the newly appointed comrades need to continue to cultivate and improve their revolutionary ethics; uphold a high sense of responsibility and exemplary conduct; firmly grasp and strictly implement the principles and regulations of the Party, especially the principle of democratic centralism and setting an example.
Together with the collective of the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department preserves and promotes the spirit of unity within the Party, specifically unity in leadership, spreading it to the staff, specialists, and workers...
Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu requested that the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department create all favorable conditions for the newly transferred and appointed officials to successfully complete their assigned tasks; and promptly assign work tasks according to their strengths, experience, and expertise. The entire staff and specialists should work together and cooperate with the new officials to complete their assigned tasks.
Speaking on behalf of the three newly appointed comrades, Comrade Nguyen Van Truong - Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office - acknowledged the directives from Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
"In our new positions, we will continue to uphold the highest ethical standards, work style, and professional conduct, while constantly cultivating and improving our abilities; maintaining unity and cohesion within the leadership team, and working together with all officials and employees at the agency to best complete the programs and action plans set forth by the agency and unit," Comrade Nguyen Van Truong stated.

1. Comrade Tran Dinh Dung - Secretary to the Provincial Party Secretary
From September 2006 to October 2010: Worked at Construction Company No. 4, holding the position of Deputy Director of the Project Management Board.
From October 2010 to June 2017: Worked at the Project Management Board for Transportation Works, Department of Transportation, holding positions such as Deputy Head, Head of Project Department 3, Deputy Director of the Board; Deputy Head of the Quality Management and Science and Technology Department of the Department.
From August 2017: Worked at the Provincial People's Committee Office, serving as Secretary to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee from March 2020 and holding the position of Deputy Head of the General Affairs Department, concurrently serving as Secretary to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee from January 2021.
2. Comrade Nguyen Van Truong - Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office
From July 1994 to June 2001: Worked at the Nghe An Provincial Electronics Company.
From June 2001: Worked at the Provincial Industrial Zones Management Board, holding the position of Deputy Head of the Investment and Import-Export Management Department.
Since August 2007: Deputy Head of Planning and Investment Department, Southeast Economic Zone Management Board.
From August 2008: Worked at the Provincial People's Committee Office, successively holding the positions of Deputy Head of the Investment and Construction Department and Head of the Industry Department.
From December 2021: Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Nghe An Province.
3. Comrade Ho Sy Nguyet - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department
From December 2005 to January 2013: Worked at the Inspection Committee of the Quỳnh Lưu District Party Committee.
From January 2013 to December 2014: Deputy Chief of the Quỳnh Lưu District Party Committee Office.
From December 2014 to December 2016: Chief of the Office of the Quỳnh Lưu District Party Committee, participated in the District Party Committee Executive Board from May 2015, and concurrently held the position of Head of the Legal Affairs Committee of the District People's Council from June 2016.
From December 2016 to August 2020: Secretary of the Party Committee of Cau Giat town, Quynh Luu district, and served on the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee from August 2020.
From September 2020 to November 2024: Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Quynh Luu District.
From December 2024: Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Affairs.
