A strong Party organization leads to sustainable business development.

On February 8, 2014, the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee issued Project 5155-DA/TU on the development of Party members and Party organizations in private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises. Implementing Project 5155, with the principle of prioritizing the interests of the workers, the Party Committee and staff of Quang Khoi General Hospital have strived to achieve significant results in many areas.

Quang Khoi General Hospital is a private hospital with 120 beds located in Hoang Mai town, employing 260 staff members, including 2 associate professors, 3 PhDs, and over 50 doctors, masters, and specialists (Level 1 and Level 2). It offers nearly 4,000 approved medical procedures by the Ministry of Health. Annually, the hospital performs over 120,000 outpatient visits, over 10,000 inpatient treatments, over 15,000 emergency cases, and over 2,000 surgeries, including complex and difficult procedures that fall under the higher-level referral system. It also organizes periodic health checkups for over 50,000 workers in the North Central region.

Prior to the hospital's establishment, this facility was the Quang Khoi Multi-Specialty Clinic. The Quang Khoi Multi-Specialty Clinic Party Branch was established in 2012, under the Party Committee of Hoang Mai town - Quynh Luu district (now Quynh Thien ward - Hoang Mai town). Shortly after the clinic's establishment, it was one of the first non-state Party organizations in the area at that time. On June 10, 2014, the Standing Committee of the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee issued Decision No. 371-QD/ThU establishing the Quang Khoi Multi-Specialty Clinic Party Branch under the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee. Throughout its operation, the Party Branch has consistently performed well in developing Party members and building a strong Party organization, considering this a core priority and a crucial contribution to the sustainable development of the enterprise.

On July 6, 2018, Quang Khoi General Hospital was established according to Decision No. 225/QD-BYT of the Minister of Health, based on the upgrading of Quang Khoi General Clinic. Accordingly, the Party branch was also renamed by the Standing Committee of Hoang Mai Town Party Committee from this date.

In order to enhance the comprehensive leadership role of the Party over the hospital's operations, as well as to meet the development orientation towards a new level in the coming period, on May 19, 2023, according to Decision No. 1488-QD/ThU of the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee, the Quang Khoi General Hospital Party Branch was upgraded to a Party Committee with 5 subordinate Party Branches and 43 active Party members, including 7 members of the Party Committee Executive Board.

The Party Committee has established operational regulations, clearly defining its functions and responsibilities, and closely coordinating with the Board of Directors to develop economic development goals and strategies for the Hospital. Meetings closely adhere to the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations. Major issues related to the enterprise's development are discussed and decided upon by the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and the Chairman of the Board of Members in a frank, democratic, and responsible manner.

The Party Committee plays a crucial role in directing and guiding the development of the hospital. In particular, the Party branches are closely linked to professional tasks, researching and finding various solutions for business operations to develop the enterprise, boost economic growth, build a corporate culture for the hospital, and meet the requirements of the new situation.

To enhance the role and responsibilities of Party members and Party organizations within the enterprise, the majority of Party members are assigned to key positions such as: the Board of Directors (6 people, including 5 Party members); heads and deputy heads of departments (14 people, including 12 Party members); Executive Committees of the Youth Union and Trade Union (5 people, including 5 Party members); and heads of specialized departments (11 people, including 8 Party members).

Party members are truly the core in leading the hospital's professional activities, fulfilling their responsibilities as role models in various movements, enjoying the trust of the masses, and effectively fulfilling their managerial roles and demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.

Implementing Project 5155 of the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on developing Party members and Party organizations in private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises, under the guidance and supervision of the Town Party Committee, departments, and organizations of Hoang Mai town, the Party Committee and staff of Quang Khoi General Hospital have strived to achieve significant results in many areas.

Regarding political and ideological education, the hospital's cadres and Party members regularly and actively study to improve their knowledge and understanding, maintain a firm ideological stance, have absolute faith in the Party's leadership, and successfully fulfill their assigned tasks. The Party Secretary personally has been honored with numerous commendations and awards from the town, province, and sector levels. Notably, he was recognized by the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee as an exemplary figure in studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh during the period 2015-2020.

The Party Committee has consistently and effectively implemented the movement to further promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style. Directives and resolutions from higher levels are organized for all cadres and Party members to study through various forms, such as dissemination at branch meetings and providing complete materials for each Party member to study and read independently.

The Party Committee consistently pays attention to building strong Party organizations and mass organizations, and continuously improving the quality of cadres and Party members; the responsibility of the head of the Party committee is also higher. The Party committee promptly implements policies, tasks, and measures to build a clean and strong Party committee, always adhering to the working regulations of the Party committee and the regulations and rules of the Party committee...

Over the years, the Party Committee of the Hospital has seriously implemented the management and assignment of tasks to Party members. In the first half of its term, the Party Committee considered and sent 12 outstanding individuals to attend Party awareness classes and admitted 7 individuals into the Communist Party of Vietnam. Annually, the evaluation of Party members shows that 100% of members completed their tasks, with 20% completing them exceptionally well. The Party branch consistently achieved outstanding performance annually. Notably, in 2019 and 2022, the Hospital's Party Committee was commended by the Hoang Mai District Party Committee for being an exemplary Party branch in completing its tasks exceptionally well.

Regarding inspection and supervision: The Party Committee has performed relatively well and according to plan in inspecting and supervising Party organizations and members' adherence to the Party Charter, directives, resolutions, and regulations at all levels. 100% of Party members have achieved a good or excellent performance rating. The fight against corruption, waste, bureaucracy, and other negative manifestations within the Party has been consistently and effectively carried out by the Party Committee.

Public relations work and the activities of political and social organizations within the hospital are becoming increasingly effective and practical, creating many vibrant emulation movements closely linked to professional tasks and oriented towards the community.

The implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo (12th term) and the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee Conference (11th and 12th terms) has achieved many important results. The Party Committee promptly organized conferences to disseminate and thoroughly understand Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo and annual thematic topics for cadres and employees. Identifying improvements in medical examination and treatment processes, administrative procedure reform, and the thorough application of information technology as breakthroughs to reduce cumbersome procedures and shorten waiting times for patients... As a result, the number of patients coming to the hospital for examination and treatment has increased, demonstrating the hospital's growing reputation and quality of medical care.

During its operation, the Party Committee has developed plans closely aligned with professional activities to guide and manage medical examination and treatment, social welfare for the people, and international cooperation for development, achieving many remarkable accomplishments. Quang Khoi General Hospital is one of the first 10 hospitals nationwide to successfully implement electronic medical records and become a paperless hospital. It was honored at the National Digital Transformation in Healthcare Conference in 2020...

On May 18, 2023, the Party Committee of the Hospital was honored to receive a Certificate of Commendation from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for being an "Outstanding Exemplary Model in Studying and Following the Ideology, Morality, and Style of Ho Chi Minh," Phase II, 2021-2025. This is a proud achievement, well-deserved for the determination, efforts, and endeavors of the hospital in recent years.
