Muong Tip is a mountainous commune in Ky Son district, over 60 km from Muong Xen town, with extremely difficult travel conditions. After the rain caused by storm No. 4 at the end of August, many roads leading to Muong Ai and Muong Tip communes were severely eroded, and many villages were isolated. To bring the goods into the village, the group had to hire a transport vehicle, and in many sections, they had to use motorbikes to bring the goods and gifts to the destination.
