(Baonghean.vn) - The Prime Minister has just issued Decision No. 1289/QD-TTg to consolidate and promulgate the Regulations on the operation of the Prime Minister's Task Force.

1. Mr. Mai Tien Dung - Minister and Head of the Government Office

Mr. Mai Tien Dung, Minister and Head of the Government Office, serves as the head of the working group. Mr. Mai Tien Dung was born on January 8, 1959. His hometown is Van Ly commune, Ly Nhan district, Ha Nam province. His professional background includes a degree from the University of Foreign Trade and the University of Law. His academic titles and degrees include a PhD in Economics and a Bachelor of Law. He is a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, 11th and 12th terms. 2. Mr. Le Manh Ha - Deputy Head of the Government Office

Mr. Le Manh Ha, Deputy Head of the Government Office, serves as the Deputy Head of the Task Force. Mr. Le Manh Ha was born on October 8, 1957, in Loc An commune, Phu Loc district, Thua Thien Hue province. He was formerly a Major in the army, and after leaving the military, he taught at the Vietnam Aviation School. He then worked as a specialist at the Ministry of Planning and Investment, followed by Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment; Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Post and Telecommunications; Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Information and Communications; and Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee. Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu - Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment, Member of the Task Force. Mr. Hieu was born on June 23, 1959, in Son Phu commune, Giong Trom district, Ben Tre province. His professional qualification is a PhD in Economics. He is assigned the task of assisting the Minister in monitoring and directing the following areas: industrial economics; agriculture, irrigation, fisheries, forestry, rural development; national target programs; import and export, domestic trade market; tourism, and services. Deputy Minister of Finance, Member of the Task Force. Mr. Tuan was born in 1961, his hometown is Hoang Dieu, Gia Loc, Hai Duong; he holds a Master's degree in Economics. Mr. Hieu is assigned the task of assisting the Minister in managing the regular work of the Ministry and leading the Ministry's agency when the Minister is absent; assisting the Minister in directing the implementation of modernization, administrative reform, and administrative procedure reform in the Finance sector, as well as modernization, administrative reform, and administrative procedure reform in the tax and customs fields. His qualifications include a PhD in Economics and advanced political theory. Mr. Ngo Hai Phan - Director of the Department of Administrative Procedure Control, Standing Member of the Task Force.
