The working group responsible for inspecting and evaluating the implementation of administrative reform held a meeting to deploy its tasks.
In accordance with the Provincial Party Standing Committee's decision to establish a working group to monitor, inspect, and evaluate the implementation of administrative reform, the working group held its first meeting on the morning of May 29th to disseminate and implement its tasks and outline future operational directions. Major General Dinh Viet Dung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police, and Head of the Working Group, chaired the meeting.
Attending the meeting were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa - Chairperson of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee, Deputy Head of the Working Group; Pham Trong Hoang - Head of the Provincial Party Organization Department, member; Ho Le Ngoc - Head of the Provincial Party Internal Affairs Department, member; members of the support team and relevant departments and agencies.

The meeting approved the report on the initial results of the Task Force's implementation over the past period and the draft operational plan for the last six months of 2026. Accordingly, after the establishment of the Task Force, the Provincial Police Department advised on the drafting and consultation of Task Force members and relevant departments and agencies to prepare documents for the Task Force Leader to sign and issue. The Task Force mobilized the participation and assigned specific responsibilities to police units and localities in monitoring and evaluating the administrative reform situation in their assigned areas of management. The support team also advised on the proposed activity program of the Task Force in the coming period.

At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing and identifying difficulties and obstacles, proposing solutions to initially address them, and outlining the content of the work for gradual implementation in the coming period.
Concluding the meeting, Major General Dinh Viet Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police, and Head of the Task Force - acknowledged the promptness, seriousness, and responsibility of the members of the Task Force and the Support Team.
The Director of the Provincial Public Security Department and Head of the Task Force emphasized that this is an extremely important political task, and the Task Force is a great expectation of the province, contributing to the implementation of the Provincial Party Standing Committee's determination to remove "bottlenecks," create strong changes in administrative reform, and select this as a breakthrough in "institutional reform" to contribute to the economic and social development of the province.
In the coming period, the Director of the Provincial Police, Head of the Task Force, requested that members of the Task Force direct their respective units to proactively implement tasks related to monitoring, understanding, and evaluating the administrative reform situation in their assigned areas and fields. They should also proactively coordinate and handle situations related to the province's administrative reform; implement information and reporting procedures; and conduct inspections and audits of administrative reform work.

For the Task Force assisting the Working Group in issuing the work program to be implemented from now until the end of 2026; finalizing the content and tasks for monitoring, understanding the situation, inspecting, and evaluating administrative reform work; and finalizing the preliminary assessment report on the current state of administrative reform work.
