Attending the seminar were leaders of Cua Nam ward (Vinh city), members of the Nghe An Young Architects Club, the Vinh Xua group, and residents of Vinh city.

The seminar "Ancient Vinh and Vinh Citadel" is an open discussion where participants can share their knowledge about the history of Vinh city and its ancient citadel. They can also propose ideas for restoring and promoting the heritage value of the citadel, protecting the environment, and planning the city's future development.
At the seminar, researcher Pham Xuan Can presented valuable documentary photographs of Vinh city and Nghe An Citadel (Vinh Ancient Citadel) throughout history. Through these photographs, delegates gained an understanding of the formation, development, and appearance of Vinh city throughout history.

In 1998, Vinh Ancient Citadel was classified as a national historical and cultural relic by the Ministry of Culture and Information.

Also at the seminar, delegates discussed and evaluated the historical value, architectural features, and the issue of promoting the heritage value of Vinh Ancient Citadel in the process of socio-economic development. All opinions unanimously affirmed that Vinh Ancient Citadel possesses rich historical and cultural value and needs to be preserved and restored to develop tourism, primarily by strengthening environmental protection and raising public awareness…
