Cua Lo Tourism Festival 2022 will officially open on the evening of April 8

(Baonghean.vn) - The opening ceremony will take place at 8:00 p.m. on April 8, 2022. After that, Cua Lo will organize a series of cultural, artistic and sports activities from April 9 to April 30, 2022 to serve the people and tourists.

The 2022 Cua Lo Tourism Festival is directly directed, managed and organized by the Provincial People's Committee; the People's Committee of Cua Lo town is assigned to preside over the organization of the festival, art programs and activities serving the tourism year.

The highlight of this year's opening ceremony is the art program with the theme "Cua Lo, love for the sea and the desire to shine". This is a program imbued with the cultural colors of Nghe An, combined with youthfulness and excitement, spreading connections across the country. It is a connection of music and performance to tell the story of Cua Lo entering a year of vibrant tourism innovation and development.

The program has the participation of popular artists and singers such as Bui Le Man, Hai Yen, Dang Thuat, Thanh Tai...

The art program ended with a 15-minute fireworks display at Binh Minh Square - where important activities of Cua Lo coastal town take place.

After the opening ceremony, a series of events will take place from April 9 to April 30, typically: Human Chess Tournament; Street Music and Night Food Festival; Art Program about Vi and Giam; Opening of the Provincial Karate Tournament; Competition of Tour Guides and Narrators; Competition of Good Chefs in the Town; Fair to introduce OCOP products; Final round of Got Talent contest...

In parallel with the above activities, Cua Lo town also organizes the opening ceremony of Cau Ngu festival and cultural, artistic and sports activities within the Cau Ngu festival from April 14-15, 2022 in Nghi Hai ward. Opening booths displaying products for tourists to visit and shop on Pham Huy street (Nghi Thuy ward). Organizing cultural, artistic, physical and sports activities in response to the opening of Cua Lo tourism festival and celebrating the Southern Liberation Day on April 30 and International Labor Day on May 1 in wards in the town.

With the theme "Cua Lo: Safe - Friendly - Hospitable", the town has set a goal of welcoming 1,550,000 visitors in 2022, including 516,000 overnight guests, focusing on domestic visitors./.
