Tonight's dinner is served by me as head chef (waiter and dishwasher). My wife picked up a piece of water spinach and frowned:

Asians crave it so much that they sometimes buy it for a meal, and when picking the vegetable, they only dare to cut off a part of the root, and dare not leave any more. There are even Vietnamese people who go there and grow water spinach to sell...

If it were a normal day, I would immediately scold my wife for talking nonsense, but today is October 20th, so a good man should give way to women. However, after thinking for a while, I couldn't bear it anymore, so I blurted out a question:

- Who told you that? That fat gossipy Le again? I know her well. She gets so sick from cars and planes that she has never left her own province, so what does she know about the West?

Listening to women who have just come out of the alley telling stories about the West and China is like listening to a stutterer teaching him to speak, or a deaf person teaching him to sing? I have been studying abroad for ten years, and I don't even want to talk."

My wife sat so still that I could hear a fly flying by. I was so satisfied after talking for a while that I had to "punish" myself for always going online to gossip about something in the Eva E Secret group and then go home and threaten my husband:

- Also, from now on, don't go online and listen to those idle women's instigation anymore, okay? All day long, you write cheesy sentences on Facebook like "I don't love myself, who loves me", and "There are no good men, only men who haven't revealed their bad habits",... Do you know that most of those women are single? If you listen to them and ruin your family, don't go online and write a petition to accuse your husband. I have a fake account in that group, I know everything you do, don't get too carried away!

Having said that, I stood up and walked straight into the house, holding my iPad, avoiding the dishwashing. Thanks to the preachy nature of those idle ladies who helped me survive the October 20 storm with the utmost dignity!
