In his remarks assigning the tasks, General Secretary and President To Lam emphasized that the Party Committees receiving the decisions today all play very important roles. Each field is vast, each task is very challenging, but ultimately, all are directly related to the leadership capacity, governance, and fighting strength of the Party; to the effectiveness of organizing and implementing the Party's resolutions; to maintaining a peaceful and stable environment for development; and to the successful achievement of the two strategic goals for the 100-year period.
The General Secretary and President emphasized that from the very beginning of the term, everyone must fully understand this in order to constantly self-reflect, remind themselves, maintain self-control, and enhance their responsibility to the Party, the people, and the country.
At the same time, the General Secretary and President demanded absolute loyalty to the Party's goals and ideals; maintaining political steadfastness, strictly adhering to the principles of Party organization and activities; preserving unity and cohesion within each Party committee and organization, and among each Party member; and emphasizing that the more important the agency, the more exemplary it must be in its stance, ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and work style.

Every official must be a true role model, matching words with actions, acting decisively and effectively, and placing the interests of the nation, the Party, and the people above all else. In addition, the quality of advice, leadership, guidance, and implementation must be further improved.
Party committees must truly be the leadership center, a place where wisdom converges, maintaining discipline and adhering to the correct direction and principles in each area under their responsibility.
The General Secretary and President emphasized the need to pay special attention to Party building within each agency and unit; to strictly maintain discipline and order; to improve the quality of Party committee and branch meetings; to strictly implement self-criticism and criticism; to strengthen inspection and supervision; and to proactively prevent wrongdoings early, from afar, and from each Party member in the branch. The General Secretary and President requested that minor shortcomings not be allowed to accumulate into major flaws, and that leniency and avoidance not be allowed to diminish the fighting capacity of the Party organization...
The General Secretary and President emphasized that the Party assigning tasks is an act of trust. Doing things correctly, effectively, thoroughly, and with the highest sense of responsibility is the best way to repay the trust of the Party and the people.
