To: Comrade Xi Jinping - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, President of the People's Republic of China.

Leaving Hangzhou, concluding my successful official visit to the People's Republic of China, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you, and through you, to the leaders of the Party, Government, and people of China, for the warm and fraternal friendship and the respectful and thoughtful reception extended to me and the high-level Vietnamese delegation during our visit.

The beautiful and rapidly developing country of China, with its hospitable people, has left a profound impression on me and my colleagues in the delegation. I firmly believe that the positive results achieved during this visit will make a significant contribution to strengthening friendship and political trust, promoting and deepening the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between Vietnam and China for the development of both countries, for the benefit of the people of both countries, and for peace, stability, cooperation, and prosperity in the region and the world.

I sincerely wish the Chinese people, under the firm leadership of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China with Comrade Xi Jinping as the leading figure, will continue to achieve even greater new achievements in deepening comprehensive reforms, and soon complete the goal of building a comprehensively moderately prosperous society and building China into a strong, prosperous, democratic, civilized, and harmonious modern socialist country.
