The General Secretary and the Chairman of the National Assembly attended the art program "Sounds Under the Sunlight".

This is a meaningful activity to celebrate the successful conclusion of the 14th National Congress of the Party, the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

Also attending were members of the Politburo, former members of the Politburo; Secretaries and former Secretaries of the Central Committee of the Party; members, former members, and alternate members of the Central Committee of the Party; leaders and former leaders of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense; leaders of central committees, ministries, and branches; and the Vietnam Fatherland Front...

The program is structured into three tightly integrated chapters, imbued with both political and artistic elements, guiding the audience through the various emotional nuances of the nation's historical journey.

Chapter I, themed "The Sunlight Guiding the Way," opens with the Overture "Praise the Fatherland," creating a musical atmosphere filled with pride and gratitude towards the glorious Party and the great President Ho Chi Minh. Classic melodies such as "He Returns Bringing Joyful Days" and "The Party Is My Life" are reimagined through symphonic language, igniting faith in a Vietnam that is rising strongly.

Chapter II, titled "The Star on the Cap - The Flag in the Heart," contributes to vividly portraying the image of the Ho Chi Minh's soldiers. Audiences relive the years of marching through the symphonic suite "Footsteps on the Truong Son Mountain Range" or feel the silent sacrifices in peacetime through "Orders from the Heart"... Every note, from string sections to brass chords, exudes the qualities of "loyalty to the Party, devotion to the people," transforming music into a "steel shield" protecting the ideological foundation and soul of the nation.

Chapter III, titled "The Sound of a New Day," affirms international integration. The interplay between the Flute Concerto "Love of the Sea" and an excerpt from Symphony No. 9 "From the New World" demonstrates the Army artists' ability to engage in dialogue with world classical music. Concluding with "Greetings to the Vast Spring of Vietnam," the program opens up a future full of hope and self-reliance.

The program "Sounds Under the Sunlight" has offered audiences an emotionally rich artistic journey; affirming the spirit of inheriting traditions, absorbing the best of the world, and contributing to the concretization of Resolution No. 80-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the development of Vietnamese culture, building an advanced Vietnamese culture rich in national identity.
