(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27), Comrade Thuan Huu - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, and Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department - offered incense at the Truong Bon Historical Relic Site.

Truong Bon, a land of heroes – a legendary place, marking the glorious victories and sacrifices of our army and people in the great war of national defense. On the legendary Truong Bon road, 1,240 outstanding sons and daughters fell while performing their duty to protect this vital transportation artery and provide manpower and resources to the Southern battlefield.

At the graves of the 13 fallen Youth Volunteers and the memorial to the heroic martyrs, Comrade Thuan Huu, Comrade Thai Thanh Quy, and other delegates respectfully laid flowers and offered incense, expressing their profound gratitude and boundless appreciation for the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the cause of national liberation and reunification.
