The Editor-in-Chief of the Communist Magazine holds the position of Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee.
The Politburo has assigned and appointed Mr. Doan Minh Huan, a member of the 13th Central Committee of the Party, to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee and to hold the position of Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

On March 31, the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee held an expanded meeting to implement the Politburo's decision on personnel matters.
At the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department Nguyen Quang Duong announced the Politburo's decision on personnel matters.
Accordingly, Mr. Doan Minh Huan, a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, has relinquished his position as Editor-in-Chief of the Communist Magazine. At the same time, the Politburo has transferred and appointed Mr. Huan to the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, and to the position of Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Mr. Doan Minh Huan was born in 1971 in Huong Son, Ha Tinh province; his professional qualifications include: Associate Professor, Doctor of Philosophy specializing in Party History.
He was an alternate member of the Central Committee of the 12th term; and a member of the Central Committee of the 13th term.
Mr. Huan has held various positions, including Editor-in-Chief of the Communist Magazine; Director of the Regional Political Academy I (Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy)...
Previously, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, was relieved of her duties by the Politburo, including her positions in the Executive Committee and Standing Committee, as well as her role as Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term and Head of the Ninh Binh Provincial Delegation to the 15th National Assembly.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha has been assigned and appointed to the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and has been nominated to the position of Vice President and General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2019-2024 term.
