General rehearsal for the program commemorating the 60th anniversary of the sacrifice of the Youth Volunteer Martyrs at Hoa Tien Cave.
On the evening of April 27th, at the Rocket Cave Historical Site (Hoang Mai ward, Nghe An province), the organizing committee held a dress rehearsal for the program "Ceremony commemorating the 60th anniversary of the sacrifice of the Youth Volunteer martyrs at Rocket Cave".
The program, organized by the Nghe An Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Hoang Mai Ward People's Committee, aims to express gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of the Youth Volunteer Force in the resistance war against the US to save the country.

Titled "Sacred Fire in the Stone," the artistic program is staged in an epic style, combining music, dance, and theatrical performances. The overarching theme recreates the heroic yet tragic years at Hoa Tien Cave – where, 60 years ago, on April 28, 1966, a bombing raid by the American imperialists destroyed the cave entrance, killing 33 Youth Volunteer Corps officers and soldiers of Company 271 while they were on duty ensuring the vital railway transportation route.
The name "Sacred Fire in the Stone" not only evokes a painful historical event but also honors the indomitable will and patriotic spirit of Vietnamese youth.

The program consists of three parts: "The Flame from the Heart"; "Living in Stone, Transforming into Stone"; and "Immortal with Time". The stage is designed at the historical site, incorporating lighting systems and smoke and fire effects to recreate the historical atmosphere and evoke emotions in the audience.
During the dress rehearsal, delegates and the art council highly appreciated the meticulous preparation; they also offered suggestions for adjusting some details regarding sound and duration to perfect the program.
