Viet A General Director declares 'commission' of nearly 800 billion VND
Phan Quoc Viet, General Director of Viet A Technology Joint Stock Company, admitted to inflating the price of Covid-19 test kits by about 45% and paying "commissions" to units and individuals of nearly VND800 billion.
