State Auditor General: Attention needs to be paid to the quality of clean water sources.
(Baonghean.vn) - State Auditor General Ho Duc Phoc stated that the voters' recommendations regarding the management of clean water for domestic use, water sources, water quality, and price stability are highly valid. Therefore, he requested that localities pay special attention to the quality of clean water sources to ensure the well-being of the people.
On the morning of September 30th, the National Assembly delegates in constituency number 4 included Mr. and Mrs. Ho Duc Phoc -Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Auditor General of the State; Tran Van Mao - Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province; Dinh Thi Kieu Trinh - Deputy Head of the Department of Children and Gender Equality of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, held a meeting with voters in Hung Trung commune, Hung Nguyen district.
Also attending the meeting with voters were representatives from the leadership of Hung Nguyen district.

Policies to support agricultural development
At the conference, 17 voters expressed their thoughts and aspirations to the National Assembly representatives. Accordingly, voters in Hung Trung commune expressed confidence and enthusiasm for the important policies and solutions of the Government in supporting farmers to develop production. Voters requested that the Government continue to provide policy support for livestock production, especially the slow pace of restocking (pig farming) due to the continued high price of breeding stock.
One of the issues that many voters have raised is the implementation of road projects.North-South Expressway.
"The project section passing through Hung Trung commune has basically completed land clearance. After reclaiming the land for the highway, the remaining land is small, fragmented, and difficult to cultivate and irrigate. We request that the State provide support to the people for the remaining plots of land," suggested voter Nguyen Ba Dong.

Voter Nguyen Dinh Son, from Hamlet 9B, Hung Trung Commune, proposed: "We request an increase in the compensation rate for agricultural land for farmers, as the current rate is too low, causing disadvantage to households whose agricultural land is subject to compensation for land clearance."
Mr. Nguyen Trung Hau, from Hamlet 1, Hung Trung Commune, reported that the Nha Le canal section passing through Hung Trung Commune is stagnant and has not been dredged, affecting the living environment of the local people. Most residents of Hung Trung Commune are using this canal.domestic waterNot yet guaranteed. We request that the State pay attention to investing in a clean water system for the people of Hung Trung and neighboring communes.
In Hung Trung commune, there are two main pumping stations, Van Hong Pumping Station and Thanh Phong Pumping Station, which were built in the 1980s and are now severely dilapidated. We request that the State provide support for their reconstruction to best serve agricultural irrigation needs.
In addition, voters in Hung Trung commune requested that the State should impose strict penalties on counterfeit goods; address the difficulties faced by those who have rendered meritorious service to the revolution but lack supporting documents; clarify the inappropriate pricing of irrigation fees; address the financial difficulties in building infrastructure in hamlets and communes; standardize electricity prices for households; manage fees for labor export; address problems after merging hamlets and villages; and ensure the effective and sustainable use of hamlet cultural centers, etc.

Responding to voters' concerns about the dilapidated state of the canal and pumping system, the State Auditor GeneralHo Duc PhuocWe request that Hung Nguyen district inspect and review the situation and develop a plan for construction and repair to ensure irrigation for agricultural production areas.
Regarding the complaints about the loss of agricultural land due to the unreasonable opening and closing of the Nghi Quang sluice gate, causing damage to agricultural production, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will forward the matter to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development for consideration and handling.

Regarding the proposal on household electricity prices, the head of the State Audit Office stated that the Ministry of Industry and Trade is currently studying the development of household electricity prices. This proposal from voters will be forwarded by the Provincial National Assembly Delegation to the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Vietnam Electricity Corporation.
Regarding voters' opinions on compensation prices for agricultural land confiscated for project site clearance, the State Audit Office stated that the compensation prices were issued by the Provincial People's Committee based on proposals from the Department of Finance and Hung Nguyen district.
Regarding compensation prices for the North-South Expressway project, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will propose to the Provincial People's Committee to work with the Ministry of Transport to review and issue a suitable land compensation price list, ensuring the State's policy in land clearance compensation is that people moving to new residences receive at least the same compensation as those living in their old residences, preventing people from suffering losses.
The head of the State Audit Office emphasized: Environmental pollution and food safety are challenging obstacles to social development and are causes of various diseases. Therefore, ensuring environmental quality, including air pollution and food safety, determines the quality of our lives.

Hung TrungIt is a purely agricultural commune in Hung Nguyen district. The commune has an area of 938.8 hectares; a population of 10,450 people, of which 65% are Catholic.
The Party Committee has 15 branches, including 11 rural branches, 3 school branches, and 1 commune health station. The current average per capita income of the commune is nearly 45 million VND/year; the number of poor households is still 106.
In 2020, Hung Trung commune is striving to achieve the status of a New Rural Commune.
