Toyota Indonesia is preparing to launch a "full option" version of the Innova called Venturer to provide more choices for customers with higher demands.
The first images of this version were taken from Toyota's catalog in Indonesia. Accordingly, the number of added amenities and safety features will help the Innova Venturer surpass the current Innova V.
The Toyota Innova Venturer's appearance will stand out from the regular versions thanks to the addition of a new wine red exterior paint color. Many details are chrome-plated, such as the grille trim, front bumper, side steps, exterior mirror housings, exhaust pipes, and the horizontal bar below the rear windshield...
Contrasting black accents are found on the wheel arch trim, side steps, front and rear bumpers, and 17-inch alloy wheels. Roof rails are also available as an option.
The Innova Venturer's interior boasts top-of-the-line amenities such as leather seats and blue ambient interior lighting, along with standard features including a display on the instrument cluster, automatic climate control, push-button start, and smart key.
In addition, the Toyota Innova Venturer is fully equipped with 2 front airbags, a driver's knee airbag, side airbags, and curtain airbags, and the seats meet safety standards for installing child seats.
Venturer will use the 2GD-FTV diesel engine that debuted on the 2016 Toyota Hilux. This is a 2.4-liter, turbocharged, four-cylinder engine producing a maximum power of 149 horsepower at 3,400 rpm and a maximum torque of 359 Nm in the 1,200-2,600 rpm range. The engine is paired with either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Currently in Vietnam, the Innova is available in three versions: E (793 million VND), G (859 million VND), and V (995 million VND). Therefore, if a Venturer version were to arrive, it would certainly not be priced below 1 billion VND.
