Toyota upgrades Camry 2016

The popular sedan in the Asian market has improved engine capacity and safety system with 7 airbags.

Four new upgraded versions of Camry 2016 introduced in the Malaysian market.

The Japanese car company in Malaysia introduced the 2016 upgraded version of the mid-size sedan Camry with improved engine capacity of Camry 2.0E, 2.0G, 2.0GX and 2.5 Hybrid.

The facelifted version launched last year did not improve the power of the engines used in this sedan. Therefore, upgrading the engine power makes Camry more attractive to customers. Camry 2016 also introduces a new safety system of 7 airbags, including a neck airbag for the driver, electronic balance system, traction control system, hill start assist.

Previously, the Camry 2.0E version only had 2 airbags, the electronic body balance system only appeared on the high-end versions. The upgraded 2016 version of Camry also has a 2-zone independent air conditioning system, smart key, and reverse sensor.

The Camry 2.0GX version is upgraded with 17-inch wheels, a 7-inch central touch screen inside the car and a WiFi connection system. The 2.5 Hybrid version also has a navigation system and a smart wireless charger. In addition, the smart rearview mirror system and blind spot warning system are also equipped on this high-end green car version.

Camry is also a popular car model in Vietnam, in the same segment as D-class cars such as Hyundai Sonata, Nissan Teana or Mazda6.
