DNGA Exterior and Chassis Design
The Toyota Raize is developed on Daihatsu's DNGA-A platform, optimized for small urban vehicles. The car measures 4,030 x 1,710 x 1,605 mm (length x width x height), with a wheelbase of 2,525 mm. A ground clearance of 200 mm makes this SUV versatile on various terrains.

The front of the car impresses with its modern, four-chamber LED lighting system, and the grille and fog lamp housings are painted in striking black. The body features 17-inch wheels with a swirling design. At the rear, the LED taillights are connected by a glossy black horizontal bar, combined with a rearview camera and collision sensors.

Modern interior design and amenities.
Despite its compact size, the Toyota Raize's cabin remains spacious thanks to its excellent space-saving design. The second row offers ample legroom and headroom, and can be folded flat to increase cargo volume from 369 liters to nearly 1,200 liters.

The dashboard area features a prominent 9-inch infotainment screen supporting Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. Behind the three-spoke steering wheel with integrated paddle shifters is a 7-inch digital instrument cluster with four flexible display modes. Other amenities include automatic climate control, smart key, push-button start, and a 6-speaker sound system.
Performance capabilities with the 1.0L Turbo engine.
The Toyota Raize is equipped with a 1.0L Turbo engine, delivering a maximum power of 98 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 140 Nm in the 2,400–4,000 rpm range. This engine is paired with a dual-CVT (D-CVT) transmission, ensuring smooth city driving while maintaining responsive acceleration.

The officially stated fuel consumption is 5.6 liters/100 km for mixed driving, 7.0 liters/100 km in urban areas, and only 4.8 liters/100 km for highway driving.
Safety system that surpasses its segment
The Toyota Raize's strength lies in its list of driver-assistance safety technologies. Besides basic systems like ABS, EBD, VSC, HAC, and TCS, this model also boasts features typically found only in higher segments:
- Blind Spot Monitoring (BSM)
- Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA)
- 6-airbag system
- Front and rear collision sensors (4 sensors in total)
