Toyota Vios 2017 has just been launched in the Thai market with a selling price starting from only 425 million VND. Toyota Vios is expected to be on sale in January 2018.

Toyota Thailand has just officially introduced to customers the Toyota Vios 2017 model with a lot of design changes, the car will be sold from January 2018. Specifically, the Toyota Vios 2017 model will be provided with 6 exterior color options for customers including: Red Mica Metallic, Quartz Brown Metallic, Super White, Silver Metallic, Gray Metallic and Attitude Black Mica.

The car has dimensions of 4,420mm long, 1,700mm wide, 1,475mm high, with a wheelbase of 2,550mm and a ground clearance of 145mm. On this 2017 version, Vios has a design quite similar to the version that Toyota introduced at the 2016 Beijing International Auto Show.

Regarding the exterior, the slim black-painted radiator grille design increases sportiness, the door handles and rear license plate trim are also chrome-plated to increase luxury, next to the new 16-inch 5-spoke rims with a sturdy fan-shaped design.

Meanwhile, the interior space impresses with contrasting stitching on the dashboard, seats and doors. Other highlights include a 7-inch multimedia infotainment system, leather seats and metal door handles.

The car is still equipped with a 1.5L Dual VVT-i gasoline engine code 2NR-FBE, this engine has the same power as the 2NR-FE engine model currently equipped for Vios in Vietnam, with a maximum capacity of 107 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and maximum torque of 140 Nm at 4,200 rpm. The advantage of the 2NR-FBE engine is that it can use gasoline, ethanol-mixed gasoline or 100% ethanol (E100). Combined with the above engine is still a CVT transmission.

Other notable features of the Toyota Vios 2017 include: smart key, sporty instrument cluster, 7-inch multimedia infotainment screen, sporty seats with leather and felt material, metallic black painted door handles to enhance the sportiness of the interior of the Toyota Vios 2017.

Toyota Vios 2017 in the Thai market has 4 versions J, E, G and S. The car will be officially sold in January 2018 with the price for the standard version from 609,000 baht (about 425 million VND). As for the highest version Vios S, the suggested price is 789,000 baht (about 550 million VND).
