Vinh City: Discussing compensation plan for land acquisition and clearance of Quang Trung Area A project

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 3, representatives of the Fatherland Front, departments and offices of Vinh city, and the City Land Fund Development Center held a meeting with households in Area A Quang Trung about compensation and site clearance (GPMB) for the project to renovate and rebuild Area A Quang Trung. Nearly 90 households of A1 house were affected and attended.

The meeting disseminated the compensation, support and resettlement policy for land acquisition and resettlement for the project (according to Decision 5339/UBND dated January 5, 2010). In addition to the state's compensation and support policy, the project investor has developed a framework for additional support policies: The K coefficient increases the apartment area by 1.3 times (the highest level of the policy issued by the Provincial People's Committee is from 1.2 to 1.3 times).

Households that do not need to receive resettlement housing will receive compensation in cash at a price of about 11 million VND/m2.2. NFor households that have to pay extra for the difference in area after conversion, the investor will reduce the price by 3%/m.2.

City departments and residents of building A1 Quang Trung attended the meeting.

In addition to the project's compensation policy, the A5 households will also receive an additional 20% support from the investor for the purchase price of the house according to Decree 61/CP. Regarding the service fee for the (new) apartment building, the investor commits to comply with Decision No. 2584/UBND dated June 11, 2014 at a price of 3,000 VND/m²/month.

The city and Quang Trung ward will hold continuous meetings for other residential areas of Quang Trung Area A on November 3 and 4.
