Vinh City: Discussing compensation and land clearance plans for the Quang Trung Area A project.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 3rd, representatives from the Fatherland Front, various departments and offices of Vinh City, and the City Land Development Center held a meeting with residents of Area A Quang Trung regarding compensation and land clearance for the project to renovate and rebuild Area A Quang Trung. Nearly 90 households in building A1, affected by the project, attended the meeting.

The meeting disseminated the compensation, support, and resettlement policies for land clearance for the project (according to Decision 5339/UBND of the Provincial People's Committee dated January 5, 2010). In addition to the state's compensation and support policies, the project investor has developed a framework for additional support policies: an additional K coefficient for the apartment area of 1.3 times (the highest level of the policy issued by the Provincial People's Committee is 1.2 - 1.3 times).
Households that do not wish to receive resettlement housing will receive monetary compensation at a rate of approximately 11 million VND/m².2. NFor households that have to pay extra for the difference in area after conversion, the investor will reduce the price by 3% per square meter.2.

In addition to the project's compensation policy, residents of building A5 will also receive an additional 20% of the house purchase value from the investor, in accordance with Decree 61/CP. Regarding the service fee for the (new) apartment building, the investor commits to implementing it according to Decision No. 2584/UBND dated June 11, 2014, at a rate of 3,000 VND/m².2/month.
The city and Quang Trung ward will hold continuous meetings with residents of other housing areas in Zone A of Quang Trung on November 3rd and 4th.
