Vinh City: Despite "no parking" signs, many vehicles still park on Phan Boi Chau Street.
On Phan Boi Chau Street, near Ha Huy Tap High School (Vinh City), "no parking" signs have been posted, and authorities have reminded and penalized many drivers. However, many vehicle owners still violate the rules.
Previously, on February 3, 2025, the Vinh City People's Committee issued Document No. 596/UBND-QLĐT regarding strengthening traffic order and safety in school areas. Simultaneously, it assigned relevant units to install additional auxiliary items and signage in school areas, including the area in front of the gate of Ha Huy Tap High School.
Specifically, install a sign prohibiting left turns during peak hours (6:30 AM - 7:30 AM; 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM) for cars on Phan Boi Chau Street, before the left turn towards Bulva at the gate of Ha Huy Tap High School, heading from Le Loi Street towards Truong Chinh Street.
Install "no parking" signs on Phan Boi Chau Street, specifically the section passing through Ha Huy Tap High School (from the intersection with Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street to Alley 10, Phan Boi Chau Street), heading from Truong Chinh Street towards Le Loi Street.
After installing the signs, the Traffic Police Team of Vinh City Police also deployed forces to educate, remind, and handle violations by vehicle owners parking in front of the school gate. However, at times when the authorities are not present, many vehicle owners still deliberately violate the regulations.
On the morning of February 21st, the Facebook page of Ha Huy Tap High School in Vinh City, Nghe An Province, posted images of numerous violations. The post stated, “Despite the 'no parking' signs being posted for a week now and the authorities regularly reminding and penalizing offenders, some people are still deliberately violating the rules. Some of the vehicles violating the rules on the morning of February 21st, 2025: 37K 342.53, 37K 258.47, 37A 570.57, 37K 218.01, 37K 071.35,…”.
Thus, violations continue to recur here, so, based on intensified propaganda efforts, the Vinh City Police need to direct their forces to strengthen patrols and inspections to detect and strictly handle cases of deliberate violations, and promptly prevent this situation.
