Vinh City is littered with waste and construction materials after the lockdown.
(Baonghean.vn) - According to our reporter's observations, some streets in Vinh City are currently experiencing a problem with illegally dumped waste and construction materials, causing unsightly conditions and hindering pedestrian traffic.
