Vinh City has placed "no parking" signs on four streets during rush hour.
(Baonghean.vn) - Following the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, Vinh City has now installed signs prohibiting parking on the road during peak hours on Le Hong Phong, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Le Loi, and Quang Trung streets.

| The People's Committee of Nghe An province has issued Official Document No. 9521/UBND-CN regarding traffic organization on Le Hong Phong, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Le Loi, and Quang Trung streets (Vinh City). Accordingly, Nghe An province has directed Vinh City to prohibit parking on the road surface of these streets during peak hours: from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM and from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
