According to the plan, in the spring of 2016, Vinh City will continue to implement a rational restructuring of crop and livestock production. Emphasis will be placed on developing safe vegetables, high-quality rice, flowers, ornamental plants, and clean aquaculture. The entire city aims to plant 2,982 hectares of various crops, develop the livestock and poultry population to 386,630 animals; and maintain a stable aquaculture area of ​​500.2 hectares. The leaders of the Vinh City People's Committee have assigned specific tasks to localities, focusing on ensuring sufficient seeds, plant protection, and developing timely drought prevention plans for the spring crop.
