According to the plan, in the spring crop of 2016, Vinh city will continue to implement a reasonable restructuring of crops and livestock. Focus on developing safe vegetables, high-quality rice, flowers, ornamental plants, and clean aquaculture. The whole city strives to plant 2,982 hectares of various crops, increase the number of livestock and poultry to 386,630; and maintain a stable aquaculture area of ​​500.2 hectares. The leaders of Vinh city People's Committee have assigned specific tasks to localities, including focusing on sufficient varieties, plant protection, and developing timely drought prevention plans for the spring crop.
