(Baonghean.vn) - Despite returning from Hanoi, citizen N.D.T, residing in Block 10, Truong Thi Ward (Vinh City), did not declare his health status. When discovered, he gave dishonest and evasive statements.

Specifically, this citizen returned from Hanoi on August 2, 2021, but did not declare their health status. When authorities discovered this, the individual gave dishonest and evasive statements.
Authorities have issued a fine under Point b, Clause 1, Article 11 of Decree 117 for the act of "Evading the application of medical quarantine measures by competent State agencies". The fine ranges from 5 to 10 million VND.
