Tran Thanh's manager has just officially represented the male artist to respond to the incident of alleged uncivilized behavior at the cinema.

Social media is buzzing with information about artist Tran Thanh's uncivilized behavior at a movie theater on the evening of March 2. According to the content posted on his Facebook account NV, he and his girlfriend went to a movie theater in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City to buy tickets for a late showing.

Both lined up to buy tickets according to regulations, Tran Thanh, Uyen An, Ali Hoang Duong and Ly Hao Manh Quynh arrived later. After that, Tran Thanh was given priority by the theater staff and invited to the next counter to buy tickets.

Accordingly, the male artist requested to buy all the tickets for the screening. Claiming that he arrived first, NV asked Tran Thanh to transfer 2 tickets, but the artist refused, citing the need for privacy.

Therefore, NV account expressed disappointment with Tran Thanh's behavior, thinking that this artist's behavior was uncivilized, unlike his moral words on television.

Ms. Duong Ngoc Quynh Hoa - artist Tran Thanh's manager has just officially spoken out about the incident. She said that before that, Tran Thanh had planned to go to the movies to relax with family and friends.

The 11:10 p.m. screening on March 2 was opened exclusively at Tran Thanh's request that same morning. He always proactively rents the theater every time he goes to the movies with his family and friends.

According to Ms. Hoa, when Tran Thanh arrived, the theater staff invited his group to another line to get the tickets they had booked earlier. "Mr. Thanh waited in line to get his pre-booked tickets, not to wait to buy tickets as currently reported. He still has the message of booking tickets with the theater manager," she said.

When NV offered to transfer 2 tickets, Tran Thanh refused, stating that he booked the theater to watch a movie with his family and friends. Afterwards, the theater staff offered to change the tickets to the 11:20 p.m. show (only 10 minutes from Tran Thanh's show), but NV did not choose it.

"I don't understand why you didn't choose the next seat even though there were still many seats left, but misunderstood and condemned Tran Thanh for being favored by the staff and not giving you the ticket, leading to things going as far as they are now," the manager said.

Ms. Hoa also represented Tran Thanh to apologize to the audience, friends, and colleagues who always support and love the male artist for making them worry about the false information. The artist's side spoke up to want the audience to understand the story in an objective way and receive more selective information.

Previously, Ms. Thanh Ha - manager of CGV Vincom Dong Khoi cinema, where the incident occurred - also said this was a misunderstanding.

“I would like to confirm that Mr. Tran Thanh booked a private screening for his family, and did not purchase tickets upon arrival. This did not interrupt the booking of other guests.

The theater has scheduled the next showtime just 10 minutes away, so customers can book tickets very conveniently. Up to now, we have provided private screening services for families, conferences, etc. Anyone can book in advance. We do not discriminate here," Ms. Thanh Ha informed.

Regarding customer NV, Ms. Thanh Ha, the theater representative, called to apologize and explain, and was forgiven. The theater group hopes that the false information will not be spread too far, affecting the unit and the reputation of artist Tran Thanh.
