Solemn ceremony commemorating the 56th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's death.
On the morning of September 12th (corresponding to the 21st day of the 7th lunar month of the Year of the Snake), a solemn ceremony to offer incense in commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh (1969-2025) on the 56th anniversary of his death was held at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial House in Kim Lien commune.

The ceremony was attended by comrades: Nguyen Sinh Hung - former member of the Politburo, former Chairman of the National Assembly; Thai Thanh Quy - member of the Central Committee of the Party, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Policy and Strategy Board; Major General Nguyen Ngoc Ha - Deputy Commander of Military Region 4.
The leaders of Nghe An province present included: Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of departments, agencies, localities and a large number of people from all walks of life.


Fifty-six years ago, at 9:47 AM on September 2nd, 1969 (corresponding to July 21st of the Year of the Rooster), our beloved Uncle Ho passed away. The Vietnamese nation lost a brilliant communist fighter who tirelessly dedicated his life to the revolutionary movement.
His passing has left immeasurable sorrow for the entire Party, the entire nation, and friends around the world. More than half a century has passed, but in the hearts of every Vietnamese person, Uncle Ho remains deeply remembered.

His life and revolutionary career are inextricably linked to the glorious history of the Vietnamese nation. He dedicated his entire life to the cause of national liberation of the Vietnamese people, contributing to the common struggle of nations for peace, independence, democracy, and social progress.
The commemoration ceremony on the 56th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's death is a very special occasion to remember him, to recall his life, career, achievements, and immense contributions to the country and homeland; it is also an opportunity to continue reminding each person to better fulfill his sacred testament.
Throughout his 79 years of life, President Ho Chi Minh always cherished his homeland with profound and sacred feelings. On July 21, 1969, he sent a letter to the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.
In the letter, he instructed: "Compatriots and comrades in the province, strive to make Nghe An one of the most prosperous provinces in the North as quickly as possible."

At the ceremony, leaders and former leaders of the Central Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of departments, agencies, localities, Kim Lien commune, representatives of the Nguyen Sinh, Hoang Xuan, and Ha families, and a large number of people from all walks of life respectfully offered food, flowers, and incense in commemoration, expressing their boundless gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh.
The 56th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's passing is also an opportunity for the entire Party Committee, government, and people of the province to continue promoting the study and emulation of his noble thoughts, ethics, and style; to gain a fuller and deeper understanding of their responsibilities and the tasks that need to be done, and to strive and be determined to fulfill President Ho Chi Minh's wishes for the homeland.

Throughout his arduous and sacrificial revolutionary life, he always devoted his entire mind and health to the revolutionary cause; but no matter where he was, what he did, or under what circumstances, his homeland of Nghe An always remained a cherished and deeply felt concern for him, a complete and unwavering affection in his heart.
Following the teachings of beloved President Ho Chi Minh for the past 56 years, the Party Committee, government, and people of the province have always strived, promoting the strength of great unity, overcoming all difficulties, enthusiastically contributing manpower and resources to the resistance war against foreign invaders, protecting and building the country, actively innovating and building the homeland, and have achieved outstanding achievements in various fields.

Earlier, leaders and former leaders of the Central Government and Nghe An province offered prayers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at Chung Son Temple - the ancestral temple of President Ho Chi Minh.
