In a solemn atmosphere, the leaders and delegates respectfully laid flowers and offered incense in commemoration, expressing their profound respect and gratitude for the immense contributions of Comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai - an outstanding daughter of Nghe An province, an excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh, and a steadfast female fighter who dedicated her entire life to the revolutionary cause, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, and for the happiness of the people.
Comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, whose real name was Nguyen Thi Vinh, was born on September 30, 1910, in Nghe An province, a land with a rich tradition of patriotism and revolution. With the enthusiasm of youth, at the age of 16, she resolutely dedicated herself to the revolutionary path.

From 1926 to 1929, Comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai participated in patriotic and revolutionary organizations such as the Tan Viet Revolutionary Party and the Indochinese Communist Party. She became a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam, in charge of propaganda and training party members, and made important contributions to the Nghe Tinh Soviet movement.
In early 1930, he was introduced by the Central Vietnam Regional Committee to Northern Vietnam and then to China, where he worked at the Eastern Branch Office of the Communist International. In 1935, he was selected as part of the official delegation to attend the Seventh Congress of the Communist International in Moscow.

In 1937, Comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai returned to Vietnam, worked at the Southern Regional Party Committee, and was appointed by the Central Party Committee to the position of Secretary of the Saigon-Chợ Lớn City Party Committee, becoming one of the key leaders of the Southern revolutionary movement during the 1936-1940 period.

On July 30, 1940, while preparing for an armed uprising with the Southern Regional Party Committee, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai fell into enemy hands. She was imprisoned in Saigon's Central Prison, where the enemy subjected her to relentless torture, but could not shake the steely will and unwavering revolutionary spirit of this indomitable and steadfast woman.

After two trials, the Saigon Special Military Court sentenced Nguyen Thi Minh Khai to death. On August 26, 1941 (corresponding to July 4 of the year Tan Ty), the French colonialists executed Comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai at the Ba Diem shooting range in Hoc Mon, Gia Dinh.
The life and revolutionary career of Comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai is a shining example of the qualities and character of an exemplary communist soldier, utterly loyal to the Party and devoted to the people; seamlessly combining genuine patriotism with pure internationalism.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Khai is an extremely beautiful and exemplary symbol of the courageous, indomitable, loyal, and self-sacrificing spirit of Vietnamese women, a heroic female figure in the struggle for national independence and the happiness of the people.
