According to residents on both sides of the road, at that time, a truck with license plate 37C-10508 was traveling from Hanoi to Vinh when suddenly a passenger car with license plate 37A-02392 sped out from an alley.

To avoid the car, the truck driver swerved, but due to the heavy load of cement and the unexpected situation, the truck overturned right there.

Two vehicles collided, and the cement truck spilled its contents onto the road.

At the scene, cement was scattered all over the road, and the front of the car was dented. Fortunately, there were no casualties. The driver's identity has not yet been determined.

Immediately after the accident occurred, traffic police arrived at the scene to regulate traffic and investigate the cause of the accident.
