On the evening of September 9th, the Central Propaganda Department and Vietnam Radio and Television jointly organized the Award Ceremony for creative works and promotional activities in literature, art, and journalism on the theme of studying and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh, for the period 2021-2023.
The awards have become a regular activity of literary, artistic, journalistic, publishing, cultural, and arts associations, attracting an increasing number of officials, Party members, reporters, journalists, artists, and people from all walks of life both domestically and internationally to participate.
With 13 specialized preliminary judging panels receiving 1,292 entries across various fields and 48 promotional activity dossiers, including 297 journalistic works and dossiers; 163 literary works; 135 folk art works; 115 published works and publications; and 110 fine art works... Diverse in genre, the works and projects were highly appreciated for their quality, aesthetics, and artistry, creating a positive impression on readers and audiences of all ages and backgrounds. They carry historical, political, and cultural significance and have a deep and wide-ranging impact.
The preliminary judging panels in each field meticulously and carefully selected 238 works and 48 promotional projects for the final round. The Final Judging Panel decided to award 1 Special Prize, 11 A Prizes, 55 B Prizes, 89 C Prizes, 82 Encouragement Prizes, and 48 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in promotional activities.
At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 Special Prize, 11 A Prizes, and 48 collectives and individuals who received promotional awards. Over six editions, the creation and promotion of literary, artistic, and journalistic works on the theme of "Studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh" have consistently been highly regarded for their significance, effectiveness, practicality, and widespread impact. This contributes to the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on "Promoting the study and emulation of the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh," cultivating morality, character, soul, and essence of the Vietnamese people, building and developing Vietnamese culture and people in the new era, and contributing to the building of the homeland and the country.
