Donated more than 290 tons of goods from Nghe An to support the people of Ho Chi Minh City
(Baonghean.vn) - On July 21, at Ben Nghe Port, Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Phan Dinh Tue - Chairman of Nghe Tinh Business Association in Ho Chi Minh City presented more than 290 tons of food donated by Nghe An people to support Ho Chi Minh City people during the Covid-19 pandemic.

At the reception ceremony, Ms. To Thi Bich Chau - Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City expressed her gratitude to the people of Nghe An province for their concern, companionship and sharing of goods, food, provisions and human resources with the project.Ho Chi Minh Cityduring the pandemicCovid-19.
After being classified, these goods will be distributed to districts and towns to kitchens in quarantine areas, Covid treatment hospitals, and people in difficult circumstances in the city as soon as possible.
These are the goods contributed from the program "For the city named after Uncle Ho" launched by the Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province.

In order to create favorable conditions for Nghe An people living, studying and working in Ho Chi Minh City, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee recently issued an official dispatch requesting Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and functional agencies of the two localities to coordinate to welcome Nghe An citizens back to their hometown in the safest and most thoughtful way.
