The 30-year Party membership badge was awarded to two Vice Chairmen of the People's Committee of Nghe An province.
On the afternoon of January 26th, the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Nghe An province and the Party Committee of the People's Committee Office of Nghe An province held a ceremony to present the 30-year Party membership badge (batch 3/2/2026) to two Deputy Chairmen of the People's Committee of the province.

Attending the ceremony were Comrade Vo Trong Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, and other comrades in the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee; and members of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office.
According to Decision No. 358-QD/TU dated January 26, 2026, of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, two comrades were awarded the 30-Year Party Membership Badge in the February 3, 2026 ceremony: Bui Thanh An - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee; and Thai Van Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Comrade Bui Thanh An was born in 1971 in Quynh Phu commune, Nghe An province. He joined the Party on December 31, 1995, and officially became a Party member on December 31, 1996.
Comrade has held many positions throughout his career: Specialist in the Foreign Affairs Department of Nghe An Province; specialist, head of department, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance; Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quy Hop District; Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, Standing Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee; and representative of the Provincial People's Council.
* Comrade Thai Van Thanh was born in 1969, his hometown is Truong Vinh ward, Nghe An province. He joined the Party on November 22, 1995, and officially became a Party member on November 22, 1996.
Comrade [Name] has held many positions throughout his career: Lecturer, head of department/division, Vice Rector of Vinh University; Professor, Doctor; Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Department of Education and Training; Member of the 15th National Assembly; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
In their respective positions, comrades Bui Thanh An and Thai Van Thanh have made significant contributions to the socio-economic development, national defense and security, and Party building work of the province. Both comrades have received numerous prestigious awards, including the Third-Class and Second-Class Labor Orders from the President of Vietnam.
