Party badges were awarded to party members in Vinh City.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 7th, the Party Committee of Le Mao Ward (Vinh City) organized a ceremony to present Party membership badges for 70, 55, 50, 45, 40, and 30 years of service to 27 Party members as part of the May 19th commemoration.
Attending and presenting Party badges to Party members was Comrade Vo Viet Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Vinh City Party Committee.
On May 19th, the Party Committee of Le Mao ward had Comrade Trinh Ngoc Dong, born in 1931, who joined the Party on June 10th, 1948, and whose hometown is Xuan Thanh commune, Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province, receive the 70-year Party membership badge; one comrade received the 55-year Party membership badge, twelve comrades received the 50-year Party membership badge, and thirteen comrades received the 45, 40, and 30-year Party membership badges.

At the ceremony, Comrade Vo Viet Thanh emphasized that the awarding of Party Badges is a recognition of the great contributions of Party members to the cause of Party building and national development. The Secretary of the Vinh City Party Committee hoped that the elderly Party members would continue to uphold the revolutionary spirit and be shining examples for the younger generation to follow.
On this occasion, the Party Committee of the ward also held a mid-term conference to evaluate the results of implementing the targets and tasks set forth in the Resolution of the 10th Ward Party Congress, term 2015-2020.
