Attending the program were Comrade Thai Van Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with representatives from relevant departments and agencies.
The entire funding for the program is provided by the Blue Dragon Organization within the framework of the project "Improving social services and assistance for children in special circumstances and victims affected by human trafficking, 2024-2026".

On this occasion, the Gladney Center for Adoption (USA) - Gladney's Vietnam Office also presented the first funding plaque for the project "Supporting children in special circumstances in the community in Nghe An province from 2025 to 2027", with a total budget of 500 million VND, to the Provincial Children's Protection Fund.

At the event, children from disadvantaged backgrounds received meaningful Tet gifts.
These gifts are not only practical material support, but also a timely act of sharing and encouragement, instilling confidence and strength in the children and their families, who have been patiently accompanying them on this challenging yet loving and hopeful journey.
