Currently, although schools have changed their student assessment methods according to Circular 22 of the Ministry of Education and Training, a reality is that this new assessment method is causing a rapid increase in the percentage of students achieving the titles of "Excellent Student" and "Good Student". In some classes, more than half, even 90% or 100% of students achieve the title of "Good Student" or "Excellent Student". With such results, the question arises: Does this accurately reflect the quality of students' learning?
