Donating gifts and breeding cows to poor households in Do Luong.

(Baonghean.vn) - On July 8th, in Do Luong, the Hanoi Red Cross Society, in coordination with the Nghe An Red Cross Society and Do Luong district, organized the "Journey of Gratitude" program; visiting and giving gifts and breeding cows to policy beneficiary families, poor households and people with disabilities in Thuan Son commune.

On this occasion, the Hanoi City Red Cross Society presented 30 gift packages, each worth 1 million VND (including cash and goods); and 3 breeding cows, each worth 10 million VND, to policy beneficiary families, families in difficult circumstances, and people with disabilities.

These gifts express gratitude to families of war veterans and those who have contributed to the revolution on the occasion of War Invalids and Martyrs Day; they also share with families in difficult circumstances, helping them overcome hardships and improve their lives.

On this occasion, the Red Cross Society of Do Luong district also presented two gift packages to poor households in Thuan Son commune.
