Donating the "Library of Dreams" to the Nghe An Provincial Library.
(Baonghean.vn) - This is a meaningful activity aimed at creating a healthy reading culture space with a rich and diverse selection of books for children in the province.
On the morning of March 15th, Shinhan Finance Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Shinhan Finance) organized a donation of the "Library of Dreams" to the Nghe An Provincial Library.
The items donated by the company on this occasion include: support for decorating reading spaces, and the donation of 4 bookshelves with a total of 2,625 new books on diverse topics. These are excellent books selected and provided by Kim Dong Publishing House.

Previously, since 2018, Shinhan Finance Co., Ltd. officially launched the "Journey"Bookcase"of dreams." This is an investment in the future, contributing to the development of a more civilized, progressive, and successful generation of young Vietnamese people by encouraging reading and creatingreading culturehealthy.
To date, this journey has covered 11 provinces and cities, donating 64 bookshelves with nearly 24,625 children's books. Notably, this series of activities also included supporting the decoration and creation of reading spaces at 11 provincial libraries, including: Nam Dinh, Thua Thien Hue, Bac Giang, Tien Giang, Ha Nam, Hanoi, Dong Nai, An Giang, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, and the newest destination, Nghe An.
Creative reading spaces and a wide variety of vividly illustrated books have contributed to increasing reading inspiration for children in the provinces.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Oh Taejoon, General Director of Shinhan Finance Vietnam Co., Ltd., shared: “We are honored to donate the “Bookcase of Dreams” to libraries to inspire a passion for reading in children, and to spread the message about the positive influence of books on children’s development.”
Through this program, we believe that children in Nghe An province will have more opportunities to access advanced knowledge through useful new books, inspiring and motivating them to develop active and effective reading skills.”

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Vinh Quang – Director of the Provincial Library – also expressed his gratitude to the sponsoring unit for bringing meaningful books and a creative reading space to readers. He also pledged to use the book collection effectively to further improve the quality of service for children at the library.

On this occasion, the Department of Culture and Sports also awarded a certificate to Shinhan Finance Co., Ltd. for its positive contributions in spreading reading culture among children in the province.
