As reported by Baonghean.vn, at approximately 9:30 PM on November 9th, at the Truong Banh intersection in Tien Phong commune, Que Phong district, a task force from the Que Phong District Police discovered and apprehended Truong Van Que (born in 1995), residing in Hung Dung ward, Vinh City, while he was illegally transporting substances.drugThe seized evidence included 12 blocks of heroin.

Expanding the investigation, the special task force executed an emergency search warrant and detained Truong Thi Huyen (born in 1976), residing in Kim Son town, Que Phong district, due to her involvement in the drug trafficking ring.
